When I read BJ's tweet I knew that I wasn't going to go to this show, but I'm STILL really obsessed and nervous about it anyway. I feel for all of you who are going to try to get tickets--this is beyond nerve-racking! I'm trying to decide if I should drive down to Austin. Part of me wants to be spontaneous and do it, and another part of me is just like, eh. But seeing Green Day in a small venue is such a treat... um...GO!!!!!!!!

It is nerve-racking! We are one big family. I'm 20 minutes from you feeling the same way. I really hope that everyone on here who's trying to get a ticket gets in! And just something for everyone to remember: for the second Bay Area show at the Mezzanine, there was a scheduled event that night with 2 scheduled bands. Both of the scheduled bands played, and then Green Day played after the other bands. So just because a venue is booked for tonight, you can't necessarily rule it out. Just saying...

Fantastic music scene and everyone here is really cool. My mom called me a little while ago to tell me that they were talking about Green Day on the radio and the show definitely here tonight, they just don't know where. I'm putting my money on Continental Club...Oh, and I drove around downtown with my mom last night and saw nothing. We drove up and down 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, AND 8th street looking for this mystery sign but there was nothing.
