stuart_and_the_ave Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 I just told my dad about this and he said the flight attendant souns like a jobsworth. It's funny how much attention this has got now
Guest Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 This story is everywhere, it's hilarious. It was on the AOL homepage and the Yahoo homepage as well. My mom told me she saw the story on our local news. It's clearly been a slow celebrity news week now that everyone knows Beyonce is preggers.
heartscollidebj Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Deshon Marman is now suing the airline over the incident. yeaah!!
brianbags Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 The comments on the yahoonews article are some of the stupidest things I've ever seen. I swear to god, the things I read on the Internet make me want to strangle myself. How the fuck do people get to be so idiotic?
Cori Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Wow, I bet when Billie Joe got dressed that morning he never imagined the media storm his choice of clothing would cause...
B.Blackstar Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Billie's probably cringing at the fact that because of this he landed himself on a bunch of gossip websites. This whole thing is rediculous, annnddd extremely funny.... I was thinking the exact same thing, knowing him.
B.Blackstar Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 What a bunch of bullshit in those comments, I swear. If he wants to wear his pants low, then good for him. If it really represented a safety issue, then why not explain it to him, don't you think that would have been better than just menace him? Christ. Then again, rappers use their pants sagging low all the time, and nobody tells them a thing, why the hell is that? Besides, knowing him, I doubt his pants were sagging extremely low either. :/
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 This thing was worth happening* just for the endless entertainment the comments on these articles provide. *The publicity and it being all blown up. Not the fact that he got kicked off a flight.
Isabel Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 "This isn`t a case of having the freedom to dress however you want to in public. Obviously the line has to be drawn somewhere, no passenger would want to sit next to a guy wearing nothing but a Speedo. This is a matter of civility and manners -- nobody wants to see your dirty drawers Mr. Armstrong." this really pissing me off . obviously who wrote it have no idea about billie Yeah, it's pissing me off too. Of course we want to see his dirty drawers!
gdpony Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Omg this is getting ridiculous! of course it's normal for a rapper to use saggy pants, but if anyone else does, it's not. I still don't think they could've been that bad.
stuart_and_the_ave Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 i thought it would be in the dailymail sooner or later http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml
classof12 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 It's ridiulous, I mean, I'm sure they'd allow Lady Gaga to wear that meat thing one the plain...I think they were all jealous of Billie's ass
Karol Oliveira Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 The worst thing of all this media circus is the comments that people who don't know even 1% about who Billie is make. Just.. argh!
lizziebix Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Hubby just saw this on Yahoo! and asked me if I knew about it? Duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hermione Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 i thought it would be in the dailymail sooner or later http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml Quite pleasantly surprised with the Mail's attitude to it! Was expecting at least a bit of moral outrage lol. Acting like an uptight old grandma over seeing a glimpse of someone's underwear seems to be more of an American thing . I enjoy their choice of photos too
bat-chen Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 It's ridiulous, I mean, I'm sure they'd allow Lady Gaga to wear that meat thing one the plain...I think they were all jealous of Billie's ass If they were strict with Lady Gaga she would never be able to fly Also, how low that his pants was? maybe it was too low and he refuse to lift them up. sometimes I see guys who put there pants so law that you can see their whole underwear and whole I can think about is 'why bother? just go with no pants all al!'
pasalaska Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 It's made abc.net.au's news, oh my the ABC is the independent, non-commercial and non-bullshit channel, so you know this is getting big when they're reporting it! http://www.abc.net.au/news/2011-09-03/greenday-singer-ejected-from-flight/2869262

Burnout98 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I still can't believe this is getting so much media attention
gloria123 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 reading about it made my day! but do the fight attendants understand that they kicked off billie joe armstrong?! i mean that will definitively get attention (maybe it was just a publicity stunt?)
DoodleBob Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Three cheers for making the front page of Yahoo! That's one sexy Billie Joe.
farley drexel hatcher Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Man, this has really brought the idiots out of the woodwork, hasn't it? Some of the comments are funny; some are actually annoying, they're so ignorant. Like the ones saying he 'thinks his celebrity makes him exempt from rules' ... what the hell?! Some people just ... shouldn't be on the internet. And i'll scream if I see another 'he's 39, time to pull his pants up' remark. In that case it's time to tell all the rappers to start wearing clothes that fit them, too.
Guest EDIT Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 It was on KTLA 5 news less than a minute ago. I think it's funny
Malleus Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I just saw this on IMDb. I really didn't think it would get this much attention.
