@StereoBoard

UK Arena tour announcement due to be confirmed tomorrow folks....

@StereoBoard

So far Van Halen, Foo Fighters, Nickelback, Fall Out Boy, Adele, Green Day, Lady Gaga are the guesses.

@StereoBoard

Somewhere in our tweets we've somehow managed to confirm a Green Day tour!!

Stadium,for sure.They deserve something better than a 300-people show in a shitty bar.I'd like that they came up with more dialog,not just the songs.For example,Spice Girls talked between performances,not only to the public like Billie does,but between them.That way,Mike,Tré and Jason would get the love they deserve and corcerts would sure be full of funny commentaries.

I'd like that they played unpopular songs too,and OVER ALL,please give us a damn HD Going to Pasalacqua performance!

I would love it if they did a leg of the tour in small venues, and then a leg in the large venues. Whatever we get though I'll be grateful when it happens!

1 stop at Madison square garden during the tour, packaged along with Going to Pasalacqua, at the library, and I will be happy as hell.

They were talking about other band. :/ The tour that was announced today was from the band One Direction.

No, they only said that that tour was announced this morning, but they still have to announce the UK tour of one of those bands (Green Day, Van Halen, FF etc)

really? cause looking at their other tweets it looks like it was about this band they were talking about:

@Stereoborad:

There could be another announcement later, but guessing at this stage our source referred to One Direction arena dates.

Let's hope there's another announcemente later then.

I would love to see dates also for FHT :)

One Direction! They couldn't have picked a more disappointing band to announce after the line up they suggested yesterday! fingers crossed for some official news soon

My expectations of the next world tour would be that they continue playing older songs (i.e. 39/Smooth and Kerplunk) like they did on the 2010 leg of the the 21st Century Breakdown tour, since I saw then in 2009 when they didn't play anything off either of those albums. Also, I'm not asking them to do smaller values due to their popularity, but what would be cool is if they played indoor venues in smaller markets, like Wisconsin, Montana, Idaho etc...

no official news on GD tour of course (other than festivals in France, Germany and Italy)

Stereoboard say they have some massive tours to announce this week and next so finger's crossed Green Day will be amongst that. Also noticed a big gap in the O2 arena line up in September this year...

OH MY GOD. :runaround:

Personally, I just can't wait to see the lads live again, I don't care about the clothes or the background or the support (unless they are like Panic! or someone).

I just care about the new album being as amazing as we know it can be and seeing them on tour again. :happy:

I just wrote a whole paragraph describing what I WANTED on the next tour. But I realized that a Green Day show is perfect the way it is and Im not going criticize the best band on earth and my FAVORITE band on earth. Green Day, I cant wait to see you live for my first time on your next tour. I dont expect anything but that Green Day go out there and play their music and be Green Day.

I just want to see Green Day live again. I saw them two years ago and it was my first GD concert ever... And I hope it's not going to be the last time!

I really don't have any particular expectations but I am looking forward to the shows they've announced and seeing what they play or what has changed since their last tour.. I think I'm just happy that they're beginning to go back on tour :happy:

Yeah, I think maybe, they could possibly do one stadium on each coast of the US, but that may be pushing it. I think the "hype" that was around during American Idiot had died down, and without those general fans who just enjoyed one or two songs from the band, but still went to the show, I think that has died down, so leaves lots of empty seats.... The economic state in the US has a lot to do with it also, but who knows this album may blow up like AI, and bring those fans back around, but I guess we'll see.

If they don't have any Virginia dates, I will cry. Then again, my mother might be willing to go out of state to see them now that she realizes how awesome Green Day are live.

Also, I hope the tickets won't cost an arm and a leg :mellow:

Croatia needed, motherfuckers! :runaround:

Surely they would tour America first though, instead of Europe?
