JadedHaushinka Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Oh yeah, and every single one of their B-sides! They've never played a single one except Shoplifter during a soundcheck, Maria, and a bit of Outsider before a studio version existed. for the B-sides ones. Would love to hear them live as well.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Somebody doesn't know their Green Day history. Just because the history of the song is special, doesn't mean the song is special musically. He thinks it's not.
jon18 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I know the story behind the song and the album of the same name. But this song is very average for GD.
Ashley! Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 they also need to play All The Small Things more, its a shame they never play that song, it was a great single for them They probably never play it because it's a Blink 182 song. but anyway I think Christine Road, and going to Pasalucqua
Ashley! Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Ok, the Blink 182 joke was funny for a while, now it's just been mercilessly ruined. Just like Blink 182's career. Anyway, back to the original topic please. Oh sorry I didnt know it was a joke, my bad Lol That is great! But I think I'd also like to hear more from Warning. I feel Like those songs really dont get much Love.
DeAmbassador Posted July 26, 2011 Author Posted July 26, 2011 Warning is GD's worst album IMO,and the worst-selling,too,so it's normal to have less attention in concerts. P.S the mobile version sucks:@
jamesobxfan2296 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 The setlists that I've seen are pretty great. I hope next tour they play: Chump Longview (With Billie Joe singing.) Homecoming Last of the American Girls (Don't think they played it on the 21st CB tour did they? ) Maybe some FBHT covers. Be great if next tour's set list had like 50 songs although that might be too long of a set list.

Marki. Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I think Warning is an amazing album and they definitely should play more songs from it. Hearing Waiting live was one of the best moments of the show. They should also play more Insomniac, that album is a masterpiece for me.
Four. Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Yes. Warning is amazing. I'd like to hear Macy's Day Parade once.

Satan Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Warning is GD's worst album IMO,and the worst-selling,too,so it's normal to have less attention in concerts. amen. i think 1093/sosh is worse though. warning is a close second. i still love both those albums but they have much better ones
DeAmbassador Posted July 26, 2011 Author Posted July 26, 2011 You're right about Warning. But 1039 rocks!
jamesobxfan2296 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Although Warning is not all that bad, I do think it is a bit mediocre compared to GD's other albums.
ash.loves.gd Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I would personally love to see Walking Contradiction and Castaway. I also agree with the previously mentioned: Panic Song, Stuck With Me, Christie Road, Waiting and Homecoming. Some songs I've never wished to see live, but once I did, I couldn't get enough of it. ex: Burnout After saying that, I would love to see every song live, which I don't think is possible.
Velocity Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I think they should play more from Nimrod. They usually only play King for a Day, Hitchin' a Ride and Good Riddance (with the exception of Nice Guys Finish Last a few times last year). I'd really love to hear Scattered, Redundant, Worry Rock, Jinx, or Prosthetic Head.
Heather. Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Warning is one of my favorite albums so I wouldn't mind more of those songs. Mine to play more would be: Church on SUnday Christie Road Scattered Walking Contradiction Macy's Day Parade Pulling Teeth (have they played this live like ONCE?! This song is sooo catchy and easy!) As much as I'd love to hear Misery more, I accept the fact that it requires additional instruments, but if they ever felt like half-assing it at a concert, I'd be all ears. I'd rather hear Peacemaker or Little Girl than some 21CB songs. I have to say though, I really appreciate how especially on the last tour, at the end when Billie is doing his acoustic thing, he's usually done one or two acoustic oldies before he does When It's Time/WMUWSE/Good Riddance. He did Christie Rd and Words I Might Have Ate and Macy's Day Parade. And I think that's the right time for him to throw in whatever parts of old songs he wants to and it's a beautiful thing. (But, being the selfish fan that I am, I was sad he let the audience sing the high notes on Christie Roaaaaaaad )
