Yeah I knew that during " when I come around " in Bochum 04 he asked for Floyd, I'm sure it's not the only time it's happened.

As much as I love Floyd and want to buy a replica of it, I'll have to go with Blue. I just feel Blue is very symbolic to Green Day. As soon as you see it, you know exactly who it belongs to.

Blue. I think this paticular guitar has more special meaning than the others. It's very symbolic for the band, and it look and sound great.

I was under the impression that the original Blue fell apart and he only has replicas now..... I would expect as much. The way he plays guitar and smashes them about is going to add some serious wear and tear..... ... But what do i know?

I think thats what everyone thought, because he used replicas on the AI tour. But during the 21CB tour, he used the original quite a bit

Blue because it's been with Billie ever since he started playing music, so it has a lot of emotional value for him, plus, I love all the stickers and such decorations on Blue, because I think it makes the guitar that much more unique and that much more awesome than any other of Billie Joe's guitars.

Along with the white one with the Adeline logo on it. That one's my all-time favorite of Billie Joe's guitars.

I love Floyd, but Blue is the classic. Blue is the guitar that I've seen him with the most, and it's undeniably recognizable. Generally, people know Floyd NOW, but we've always known Blue.

I really like both to be honest. I like Blue for its looks and Floyd for its sound.

Is it weird that I don't really have an opinion? I think they both have their purposes and couldn't do each other's jobs, you know? Blue couldn't have worked for songs on AI and 21CBD, but is perfect for more raw sounds. So I'm not really sure if I feel more towards one than the other. Except for the fact that I think Blue is more awesome looking. xD

Blue is the best! There's something special about your first guitar and I love the fact that Billie Joe still uses his. If you were to think of a 'classic' Green Day then there would have to be Blue in it. Floyd is good but when he first brings Blue out in a concert everyone goes crazy and he hasn't even played anything yet!
