I never really thought of a band taking chefs on tour but it now makes sense! Must be nice not having to go out every night and (i'm assuming) getting mobbed by people that knew who they were. Reading this article has made me VERY hungry and I really want to try that ravioli!

I found the whole cup thing pretty funny lol

So after the Vancouver BC show in 2009 Mikey picked up one of the cute boy caterers and we brought him back to Mikey's apartment. I can't say what happened after but he told us that the band LOVES parsnips and that they requested them by the boxfull..

What even is a burrito?

:o:o:o:o

this is the only reason i will never move to england!

Well, I'm making the Green Day ravioli tonight.

Let's hope it's edible, I'm not the greatest cook  Then on the other hand, there is not much to fuck up. Plus I love pasta so it should be nice.

I'm going to make every Thursday, taco night now :P

I have always wondered what they did after concerts for food. When I saw them for the first time in Washington DC, me and Dad were walking back to the car after the show was over, and right next to the Verizon Center (which is where the concert was at), there was this coffee shop called the "Green Turtle", i do believe. I flipped out because I knew that Mike loves coffee, and I wanted to go in. Because honestly, if they were in there, and I passed up the opportunity to maybe possibly see them, do you know how terribly I would feel?! ._. I didn't wanna take that chance, so I asked dad if we could go in there. and he said no! >:( So ever since then I've always wondered if they just went to random restaurants before/after their shows because I would imagine that would be semi chaotic, what with all their fans and such :P

Now excuse me while I go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients for that ravioli

Well, my parents loved the ravioli, and I quite liked it as well.

They want more food from Green Day's chefs now  (I didn't tell them where I got the recipe from until we finished dinner)
