Could be Billie and Mike have got one so he's got one too, equally it could be someone thinking "I know I'll stick official in the name like the official Billie and Mike ones and people will believe it!". Hope it's real and he uses it!

I think the fan might've even openly said this isn't real it's just for fun when they set it up, I seem to remember something like that.

The Mike one on the other hand has been confirmed. You are looking way to into it if you think someone is hacking into GreenDay.com to post a link to a twitter account. It takes awhile to get verified. Don't worry it is really Mike.
