I just looked at the t and c`s on the site. 6. Submissions. a. Generally. The Site may contain areas where you can post information and materials, including, without limitation, text, images, photographs, graphics, music, videos, audiovisual works, data, files, links and other materials (each, a “Submission”). For purposes of clarity, you retain ownership of any Submissions that you post, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the license grant in Section 6(b) below). b. License Grant. For each Submission that you post, you hereby grant to us and our affiliates (including without limitation Warner Music Group, Atlantic Records, Warner Bros. Even if they credit the person if the terms did not specifically say that you hand over the ownership to them you should be payed for the use of that image at a price determined by you, the uploader. In Netty's post we can see though that in their terms that by uploading stuff to their site you no longer have the rights to that image.

YAY October? Summer always passes by like lighten so, double YAY! when I asked about this I asked if this book was the one the IC members where asked to submit photos for. now I`m a little confused about this because I understood at the time that we had some fans chosen for a photographer to visit and take extra photos of their green day inspired bedrooms. nobody on the forums was contacted for this. maybe members who never post were contacted. there maybe some confusion over this but I have been told that yes, this is the same book. maybe there is a section dedicated to fans. I`m not saying there will be...just speculating. but the question was put and the answer came back that is was the same one. we will just have to wait and see though. if I get any more info I will post on the IC and on here so everybody knows. I kind of hope there's not going to be a section about fans/with fans photos, there's already Seize The Green Day for that xD I like the idea about pictures of fans on stage though! Like the ones they asked for on AwesomeAsFuck.net

I was just checking on our database at work yesterday for any updates, and that's still the date given. Bit odd that it'd be coming out over here first, for things like this it's usually the other way around...
