Sofouska Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Definitely yeah I'm sure lots of ppl would be like "WTF?" But I've always sung this song while riding my bike it's awesome and I love it
Viva_La_Revolution! Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Well, I like the song, but it WAS a little too irresponsible to be releasing on Shenanigans, which is the main reason why it wasn't included on the album. The guys talked about it on the Idiot Club Q and A: I agree, and yea i did try to click the "link" in your sig
oscar is a nimrod Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 At first I was like "why wouldn't someone want it on the album". After reading cat c's comment I can see why it could be bad. I do enjoy listening to it anyway even if it isn't "musically awesome"
Hermione Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 I really don't think ethics came into it. The band wanted it on there, it wouldn't have been in the tracklisting otherwise. I reckon it's a case of the record company (and possibly the band too) being scared in case people were offended and it hurt record sales and the band's image, and nothing more than that. If it was for any kind of ethical reasons they wouldn't have released the song at all.
