Yeah I was personally creeping on the panic fb page and they were talking amongst themselves and one member mentioned that they figured that if you only vote once every four hours, it counts, it you max it out, or get blocked, your votes go to the opponent. I thought it was them trying to throw us off cus they knew we would creep, but .. I dunno
