The Disturbed fans might have been using more advanced proxies however...for example they may have configured their browsers to go through a proxy. Their are even programmed scripts that supposedly can cycle through lists of proxies and vote automatically. But maybe this voting software is protected against that kind of thing. Anyway I still have no idea how Disturbed could have legitimately come so close to winning. I don't know, but I don't want to take the risk anyways. They discovered cheating last year. Disturbed lost, so we don't need to think about them anymore.
debunked Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Not even 1%, I don't think. I had a rant on my BJAFansite twitter and the Green Day twitter replied to me, haha. I was pissed cause everyone was talking about how they could vote as many times as they wanted but I was only able to vote once a day. I voted once on my AOL then on IE and then on my phone so I got in 3 votes each day but that was it. I don't understand how Disturbed even got that many votes. Why is voting stuff always so unfair? I don't even want the Paramore one to happen after the Fuse thing.
