Actually, I CAN'T do anything better with my life today but I'm not gonna go into details because that's my business. I didn't vote that often against U2 or at all against Lambert because I was out living my life. Trust me, I'd rather be out doing something else right now.

Yeah, I know We're still winning with almost 20% though so I think we'll be fine. I don't think they'll be able to gain that much, plus possibly more (since people will still be voting for Green Day) in a matter of 6 hours, but that's just my opinion.

He seems like a cool/funny guy. I honestly couldn't tell from his interview if he was being serious or not. He doesn't seem like someone that would take this seriously, though.

The fact that he was talking about the thing like a foot ball game (actually, it seemed more like a Pokemon battle) says to me that he was sort of having fun with it. When it's not up to you, there's not really all that much you can do. Props (but not votes) for him getting into it a little. And admittedly, he's got a good poker face going on there.
