Marlee Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 just another reason to motivate myself to get a job! such cool shoes!
ParadoxAndPlaid Posted April 3, 2011 Author Posted April 3, 2011 Finally ordered a pair for myself; this is the most I've ever spent on shoes. I feel materialistic and guilty but exited too. I did need new shoes...
in_your_face Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I would love to buy those, but WHERE'S MONEY?!?!
ParadoxAndPlaid Posted April 10, 2011 Author Posted April 10, 2011 Hey guys! Looking at the Macbeth site today: There will be a new style out this summer, similar to the Spring Design but in black and red and a new t-shirt too! -me gusta!-
ParadoxAndPlaid Posted April 15, 2011 Author Posted April 15, 2011 Got the shoes today in the mail. They're perfect! They came with this little metal 45rpm adapter necklace too. I already wear a real 45rpm adapter as a necklace everyday, so this was very exciting news for me. (Sorry for clogging up the thread with a bunch of images recently guys...)
Zelda Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 I love the black and red ones. I'll have to get me some of those.
desertrose Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Since Green Day doesn’t work half enough, Dirnt has expanded into designing shoes. According to the band's website, the 39-year-old is currently designing his third collection of vegan shoes for Macbeth:We love working with Mike, and he's come up with another great shoe this season. The 3rd in his series of military inspired Schubert’s; this slick Grey version is one of our favorites. Royalty form this shoe gets donated to charity. Called the 45 RPM Schubert, it’s black, has lace loops and doesn’t contain any animal products. The high top version is available for $79.99. Despite not actually being vegan or even vegetarian, Dirnt has erroneously been nominated for PETA2's Sexiest Vegetarian award numerous times. PETA2 is the youth branch of the PETA animal rights organization. http://www.themorton...-is-a-gay-icon/
