Its a place where school/college kids went to watch sports games (as it overlooked the sports field) and where teens went to drink and do drugs. The word tight wad is another term for someone who won't spend money ever. That help?

And on his right upper arm he has the pink bunny tattoo, which is the new one.

I heard something at the end, but there's really something at the end of all songs on that album. At the end of At the Library someone says "Yeah" and I'm gonna put The One I Want into Audacity later and amplify the ending cause there's something there. Also, where in Prosthetic Head does Billie cough?
