jos_whatsername Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 Alright so i've been wondering this for quite a while. the songs on 1,039 are all about being in love with that girl that already has a boyfriend and that''s only a friend of billie. paper lanterns, only of you, the one i want, dry ice .. you know. it's all about that. but billie didn't know adie at that moment. was that all about erica ? almost has to be, right? because i always thought he wrote about real things that happen(ed) to him and not just some fictional stuff. and if that wouldnt have happened to him, why would nearly every song from 1,039 be about that topic? hmm.. just wondering.

Well I have no idea what the names of Billie's ex girlfriends are, but it is possible that those songs were about several different girls. Not necessarily just one called Erica, but I wouldn't really know.

Well, I doubt they were all about the same girlfriend. Maybe a couple are about that Erica girl, but I don't think all the songs are about the same girl.

solongfromthestars Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 I don't know if this question's really stupid or not, so I'm sorry if it is, but I'm kind of clueless about this I've been looking at tickets for AI in Feb, any of the shows between the 19th and 22nd (I can't get to the last one anymore ). I'm sure the front row is long gone, but is it at all possible for me to still get tickets within the first few rows? Is there anywhere at all I could get them from even for a crazy price? I'm quite happy with the Row F ones on the website, but if possible I'd like to be closer.

jake smith Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 thats the problem with Kerrang,maybe they could be accused of not caring for fans featured in the magazines? plus they seem to be a little bit biased towards bands no matter what they do. I'm not a fan of Metal or things like that, as im sure quite a few Kerrang readers aren't, yet they insist on putting us through things like Parkway Drive. I can't listen to music where there is no singing, just screaming.

You could still get it, it's a fucking great collector's item, but I recommend getting the digital downloads that were put out, you can find them everywhere and they're great quality [for the time and place they were recorded]. [Edit:] I really should start paying attention to page numbers. I keep answering questions that already have answers/solutions.

There was such a big deal being made over it being filmed and everything, and we got 2 videos out of it, but other than that, nothing. And that show that I could have possibly been at had I had the money, as well.

And if i remember right they said that there will be more to come, but after those two videos, there haven't been any new ones.
