^ Isn't there another guitar already in the beginning in See The Light? That like, goes "up and down" (lol, how to describe it). Like '..'..'..'..'.'.'..'..'..'..'.'. etc. ' being a high note and . being a low note.

it's also in 21stCB, but there it starts later.

Shitty explanation is shitty. And I don't even know whether I'm right, heh.

The difference between See the Light and 21stCB is the speed (21stCb is 120, STL is 140-something, I think), and that the clean electric gutiar in the background is louder in See the Light.

Both 21CB and See the Light seem to have the same two guitar parts. (One that plays the drawn-out chords on acoustic and the other that plays the da-da-da on electric I think). See the Light is just sped up a bit more than 21CB.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that even if I hadn't seen that at the time, the entire forum knows about it because of that message thing that was on the top of the page for days and days and everyone trying to get the songs "undercover" anyway :P

It's on GDA. Go look for yourself. http://www.greendayauthority.com/music/

If you're going to remove it, could you find out who posted it on there and what the reasons were? I'd like to know whether it was just a slip or purposefully put there.

I think that originally they just didn't want them to be posted in the news section where everyone could see it. I know for a fact that we had to take them down from there. Don't worry I am not going to remove them from the music page.

Does anyone know if Billie Joe has done another intro to Give Me Novacaine like in below video?

I've not seen/heard another intro before. Looks like Billie was just goofing around like he does on stage.

Hey guys!

You know Billie was wearing a black party dress with a pinkish kind of trim at a Pinhead Gunpowder show at Gilmans.

I was wondering if I could buy that dress somewhere on the net.

Does anyone have an idea?

No idea where you might get it. I remember hearing it belongs to Jason White's wife. I guess she could have owned it for years, so it might not be anywhere to purchase. It was an interesting choice of stagewear!

They get paid by week and not by year (broadway actors only have yearly contracts). The base pay according to Actor's Equity is $1653/week (averages about $86,000 a year if you do all 52 weeks). However, this pay can be increased depending on your role and what you do on stage. A lead role might make 1686/week (~$87,600 for 52 weeks). Others who get raises are those who understudy or have to do stunts on stage (such as being on the fly system).

10% of the salary goes to Agents usually and 10% usually goes to each of your managers. So a normal minimum-wage actor with an agent and a manager will earn $1,322.4/week (about $68,000 over 52 weeks).

Hope this helps.

Thanks, that's really good info!

Sry for forgetting to thank you :ninja:

I read that Addie was telling people that it took them like 2 hours to convince him to wear the dress

where did you read that?

I think someone on the forum either (over)heard that in person, or was told it in person. Same goes for that it's Jason's wife's dress.

I think that person overhear, but my memory is not very reliable, it was 5AM while I was reading that, waiting for a photograph of Billie's "pink and shaven hair"

I'd forgotten that hair thing . But yeah it was Tanya (t ann) who told us about that, she overheard Adrienne telling her friends about it at the show.

Since when do you/we know that that facebook of him was actually real?

Since when do you/we know that that facebook of him was actually real?

- he's friends with various GD family members and GD crew

- the photos he's got of his drums. If it's not him, then it's run by someone VERY close to him.

- he's posted a few updates while on tour a while ago.

it's him. there's really no doubt.
