Well, you could look in the rest of this forum, notice that there's a thread dedicated to this news, and conclude something from that ;)

So, yes, it's true. Mike mentioned it in an interview he did in Costa Rica, if I'm right. In Spanish, at least, haha.

five minutes after posting that the rest of the forum loaded. I facepalmed.

thanks for being paitent anyway ;)

In this article they're talking about artists complaining about their music being used in campaigns and Green Day is mentioned. Who was using Green Day as their campaign music? I don't remember hearing about that.

^ Oh damn, I recall something about that, but I can't remember for the life of me who was campaigning and what song they used or pretty much anything. :pinch:

lol that's not very helpful, is it. Sorry

my aunt bought me a Green Day T-shirt. It's from the AI era and it has a Truck on it. My question is... Why a truck? Has anyone seen it before?

I was wondering if you guys knew if there's any Green Day memorabilia in some Hard Rock Café?

This is extrememley stupid an un-newsworthy and may have already been posted, but I was driving across the country in september and while in Bismark, North Dakota I saw this in their newspaper:

They had a lot of American Idiot stuff in 2004/05 at the San Francisco one but I kind of doubt they would now. What are you looking for?

In SF they don't have anything anymore.

Or I'm just blind, but I'm pretty sure I (nor my family) saw anything Green Day in SF.

Yeah, I didn't think so. They had a raffle on stuff they sold in the Hard Rock store back in 2004 and I won me these bad boys: http://www.rockworldeast.com/dimage/zoom/5177.jpg American Idiot coasters! I sold them on ebay though.

I was in the Hard Rock in New York a couple weeks ago and they didn't have Green Day stuff either. =/

I was in the Hard Rock Cafe in London before 10 days and in the Hard rock cafe in AThens and I asked them the same thing and they said that you can't find GreenDay stuff in any HRC in the world... I hope they are wrong =/

Well, I think if you asked two HRC's and both of them said there are no Green Day memorabilia anywhere, you can be pretty sure there indeed isn't any.

But just for ... idk what sake; in HRC Rome there isn't any Green Day stuff either.

I can't say that I saw any when I went to the one in New York.

Its really a shame that they don't have any. I think that they deserve to have some stuff in there.

I know there was a signed picture of Green Day from dookie era and a pic of Billie from the nimrod era in the New York hard rock... and the Hard Rock Cafe database said that they have a bass of Mike's, and I think one of Billie's guitars was there too...
