oda Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Does the dookie vinyl come both with and without Ernie on the back, or just without? The one i got from the store the other day didn't have Ernie on the back, which is weird since all the cd's usually have him on here.
Heather. Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 I know this is from a documentary, but does anyone knows where i can find the full interview for this. I took a picture to show you : Please, help me ! It's from the Pogo Paradise documentary which you can find on youtube
ThibautDookie Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 It's from the Pogo Paradise documentary which you can find on youtube I know that, but is there a full interview for this or not ? I'm sure that there's more of this interview.
Hedwig Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 I know that, but is there a full interview for this or not ? I'm sure that there's more of this interview. A quick search gave me this: [media=]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp8c585gv3w I haven't watched, but by the length of the video it seems to be the whole thing. So watch through it and it'll probably be somewhere in there. Edit: I think that is what starts around 54:09. It then scattered parts around the rest of the video.

Depending on when they released it, they might not have any with Ernie on the back. I'm not sure if the copyright claim went through before they released the vinyl or not, but if it did then they wouldn't have released any of the vinyl with Ernie on the back without running into legal problems. If they released any before the copyright claim then I guess you'd just have to look around a bit more
Hermione Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 It's more likely to depend on where it was made. Ernie was only ever removed in North America, everywhere else the CDs have always had Ernie on them and continue to be made with him on them. I'd assume that vinyls made in Europe would have him since the CDs do. Maybe it was made in the US and imported (or maybe all/most Dookie vinyls are)?
Florence Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Where can I get the template for the uno dos and tre album cover? So I can make an Avatar Ive searched everywhere! ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tre! not exactly like the original, they are from the trilogy trailer screen caps.
green day is Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 A reliable source tells me some vinyls have Ernie on the back, but most don't.
TheBasketcase Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tre! not exactly like the original, they are from the trilogy trailer screen caps. Thanks flo!
Katarina. Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Where can I get the template for the uno dos and tre album cover? So I can make an Avatar Ive searched everywhere! I made these from the album videos. The Green Day logo is from their website - Uno - Dos - Tré - Green Day

Katarina. Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Im trying to figure out what brand of shoes it is Billie normally wears during concerts? Those flat black ones. Anyone? I'd really like a pair myself He mostly wears Draven shoes, like this: https://www.draven.com/shop/product/wayne-canvas-shoe/mc170/46 I hope that helped
The Pedestrian Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 According to this: http://www.sabotagetimes.com/music/the-10-greatest-green-day-songs/ there’s a bit in Homecoming where Billie sings “don’t wanna be an american idiot" After listening to it repeatedly and very loudly I can’t find it. Anyone know about this or it bullshit?
raven052 Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 According to this: http://www.sabotaget...reen-day-songs/ there’s a bit in Homecoming where Billie sings “don’t wanna be an american idiot" After listening to it repeatedly and very loudly I can’t find it. Anyone know about this or it bullshit? It's really there. It's in Rock and Roll Girlfriend, when Tre sings "I haven't drank or smoked nothing in over 22 days" just underneath that you can hear Billie sing "Don't wanna be an american idiot" It's really quiet, but it's definately there
The Pedestrian Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 So it is! Thank you. I always assumed he was just singing "over 22 days” or something. I love this song even more now...
green day is Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 So, on the subject of the Going To Pasalaqua thing, I've been listening to a bunch of the acapella tracks from Dookie, and it's really weird. The bleed from Billie's headphones is always ahead of what's actually going on in the song. I have no idea why he would do it that way, but I guess that's what he does. Usually the bleed is buried behind the instruments, but in GTP it's before the instruments start. [Edit: Wrong thread, sorry. I feel dumb as fuck.]
RAGE Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 any one can pleasse give me the iUNO! font?? pleaseee i really need it!
pucky Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I know that maybe nobody knows this yet but, are they gonna sell physically the special editions of the three albums? Or are they gonna be available only for those who pre-order?
green day is Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 When did Billie talk about Brain Stew and how he recorded a ton of different guitar tracks for it to give it its sound?
InvaderPhantom Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Sorry, this question has probably been asked a couple of times before, but: Does anyone have the template for the pink crosses to recreate an Uno Dos Tré cover? I've seen them before in a thread, but I have no idea where. Probably the Uno Dos Tré thread, and that one has over 100 pages, so... Can anyone post them here?
Sweet Armataged Chump Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 When did the track list for Uno! come out? Jun 26, 2012

worldowesme Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I tried doing a search on the forum but found nothing about this. A 36-minute interview from 1995 on sale at Amazon. Has anybody ever heard of this? The sample clip doesn't tell me much and I'm not sure if it's worth the $8.
