According to setlist.fm it's their most played song, but every performance I've seen has either got a member of the crowd singing the song (or several members of the crowd), or Billie getting the crowd to sing some of the lines, particularly 'I'm sick of all the same old shit' and 'when masturbation's lost it's fun you're fucking lonely'. It's one of my favourite Green Day songs and their first single on a record label, so it seems strange there is not a 'full' performance.

There are tons and tons of longview performances. However, in 21st Century Breakdown tour they always got a fan to sing it.

I like both but I'm kinda addicted to the Kerplunk number I think back in the day Welcome to Paradise got so well received by the audience during shows, that (once they were signed by a big label) they decided to get a more professional recording of that song on their next album. They also re-recorded 409 In Your Coffeemaker, but that one ended up as a b-side. But it could also have been a request by the label that the band would re-record that song for Dookie. They maybe saw big potential in that song. And I don't blame them

Here has the orrible meaning that you have this on your head because your partner have another relationship while is with you: (...is the same for you??) ..different is the international meanings if also the thumb is out..is the same referred to music.. Better: we call it horn and Also if your partner goes one time with another You have it..

Yeah in the UK and USA (and lots of other places) that horns sign is just something people do at rock shows to show they're enjoying the music, like "Yeah! Rock!!!". I've heard that in Italy and other Mediterranean countries (and maybe other places?) it also has the insulting meaning you described, but it doesn't mean that here. Funny how the same hand sign can have different meanings like that.
