It's basically When I Come Around in crappy quality with changed lyrics. It might be acoustic, I can't remember.

Visiting Rudy's Cafe and the Fox Theatre and then heading down to 880 interstate to... y'know... see what I can find. Anywhere else in that direct area I should be going? I am not going to Pinole or to Berkeley so no Gilman...

Each dash is a syllable except the two in the last few lines, before "oh man" and "second", I just can't tell how many syllables there are there.
