ethanzh Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Well, people are wrong. 21st Century Breakdown is Green Day's 8th studio album. that makes sense now, thanks
Ellenkc Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Where did "Who the fuck is Tre Cool" start? Something to do with people freaking out when John wasn't in the band anymore and asking Billie 'Who the fuck is Tre Cool?' Then they put it on t-shirts.

Nobody_Likes_You Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 What bass was Mike playing in the early years? Like in the Longview vid or at Woodstock '94, the orange one?

Bubbles. Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Does any one know how many copies the five singles from American Idiot on picture disk vinyl are limited to?

Guest Whatsername95 Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Are there any members of Green Day in Facebook? I know everyone says only Tré has FB, but I'm not sure if its really him
Bubbles. Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Are there any members of Green Day in Facebook? I know everyone says only Tré has FB, but I'm not sure if its really him Tré Cool definitely has Facebook , He said in some sort of interview "Everyone add me on Facebook, mine is the one with the picture of the dog!" As for Mike and Billie, no. And if they do then it's private.
Guest Whatsername95 Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Okay, thank you But I don't understand why the 'real' Tre on FB writes something on the board of some Billie if it's not the real Billie
Ellenkc Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Okay, thank you But I don't understand why the 'real' Tre on FB writes something on the board of some Billie if it's not the real Billie Shits and giggles, it is Tre after all.

strangestat Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 So when did Green Day start with the drunk bunny, and who is in the suit? just curious thanks...
oda Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 how did green day come to have the bunny at the beginning of their shows. i deffinitley know but i forget =( I heard that some people playing before them sucked so bad that they needed something to heat up the crowd. So they made a freind dress up in a bunny costume and do the YMCA. From then on it was an audience favorite.
Ellenkc Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 So when did Green Day start with the drunk bunny, and who is in the suit? just curious thanks... Pretty sure it was the Pop Disaster Tour. Random roadies/crew members and occasionally the band, there's no one person that does it. Here's a fun fact: According to a Kerrang! interview Bunny has never been washed Ew.

Here's a fun fact: According to a Kerrang! interview Bunny has never been washed Ew. It was before that. It was definitely around for Warning, and possibly Nimrod too. Around the time of Nimrod onwards they started having people in random costumes on stage - like the trumpet player dressed as a bee. So I guess the drunk bunny just came in along with the rest of that stuff.

xpoprocks&kittycatsx Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Who is mostly in the drunk bunny suit?
Hermione Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 ^ It's a mystery! But most likely just a random member of the crew each time. This is what happens when I trust google Thanks for that. Nimrod shows sound interesting Haha yeah they had the King For A Day horn section in funny costumes for years, from Nimrod through to Pop Disaster. I suppose they've updated that by wearing silly hats instead now. Glad they've kept the bunny tradition going though

Here's a fun fact: According to a Kerrang! interview Bunny has never been washed Ew. I was just saying last week that the bunny costume has definitely seen better days! Mr. Bunny is filthy, lol! I also noticed that he now has a mustache - I don't remember seeing it before and wonder if it's a recent addition?
Hermione Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 ^ The moustache appeared near the beginning of the recent European leg of the tour. He grew it for us. And I'll go ahead and add

Hermione Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Haha, thanks Hermione! I saw it there, and I had to do a double-take. I wasn't sure at first if it was dirt or not With the amount of dirt on that thing it's hard to tell. I dread to think what it must smell like inside there.
Nmd Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Has anyone ever caught a tshirt from the tshirt gun during a show? Just curious what kind it was
