I honestly think it just comes down to where the tickets will sell best. They must look at record sales etc and work out where they're most likely to sell well. I don't think there's any other factors in it (unless a country is genuinely too dangerous to visit, which Jordan isn't).

They might be really popular in a given country but that doesn't always mean the figures will add up for a show to be likely to sell well. It's just business unfortunately. But with them playing different places in Asia and South America on the last tour you never know, if they look at the figures and think tickets will sell maybe they'll include a Middle Eastern country next time. I don't think it's impossible.
