One song you would have liked to see on AAF

I would have gone for Whatsername acoustic, or Redundant, morally based on the fact that Billie on his own with an acoustic, is a very touching performance.

An acoustic Whatsername would've been great, that's beautiful. Also the whole KFAD/Shout medley, because that's just very entertaining to watch.

I would love a polished version of Olivia, for obvious reasons, and Murder City as well because that's so rare.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

EDIT: Oh and Homecoming as well.

I was there ann Road to Acceptance!!! I loved when they played those songs!!!

And Homecoming, the live version is awesome!!!!! (Love Tre in RARG  )

I'd say 1000 hours, Homecoming and Whatsername from Quebec, Armatage Shanks, Disappearing Boy with the first two lines of Chump from Montreal, One of my Lies from Costa Rica and One for the Razorbacks from wherever they played it! On the DVD, it would have been amazing to see Redundant and LNOE but I'm more than happy with what we get (:

Homecoming, Nice Guys, Before The Lobotomy, FOD

Probably Peacemaker or Homecoming. But I'm glad with the selection of songs they have made. I love the setlist.

86, 1000 hours from Quebec

Maria from Argentina

Pulling Teeth from Texas

The acoustic set from Praha

I can't just pick one! It's like Sophie's Choice :runaround::lol:

Well, even though the bootleg I have it's pretty damn good, I would've loved to see Whatsername, because it sounds so beautiful and everything that was already great from the original version is like amplified by turning it into acoustic. When played live, it gave this feeling in the air of like mystic, and with everyone in the audience singing back to Billie during the 'go, go, go, go, go, go..' I think it was the only song that almost made me cry

Also, I'd love to had Maria, Redundant, Christie Road (but acoustic), and the Metal medley thing.

Whatsername, A Quick One While He's Away, or classic rock medley!

A Quick One While He's Away and Drama Queen from MSG.

King For A Day! It was already one of their oldest and best traditions, but on this tour they made it into such a huge spectacle, SO much fun and a big highlight of every show. They REALLY pulled out all the stops for it. It was an absolutely integral part of every show on the tour and it should be on there.

Although the setlist is great and interesting with rarer songs, it lacks the silly/fun songs (KFAD, Hitchin A Ride, Brain Stew/Jaded, Dominated Love Slave, Longview, St. Jimmy) that make a Green Day show what it is. King For A Day would've redressed the balance and given a more accurate (ie more fun) impression of a Green Day show. Plus I'd love watching it

Probably Waiting from Wembley, just because it was so freaking amazing

Oh yeah, I forgot about Armatage Shanks. That song live is awesome. But you know that Going to Pasalacqua is on the live record, right? Or do you mean something else with "album as a whole" :)

haha, you're right. I had forgotten it's on the record. Just automatically assumed when seeing an old song that is cool, that it wasn't on the live album, without thinking.:pinch:

Nice Guys Finish Last or The Grouch because they are both one of my favorite songs, and really upbeat.

I agree with this completely

I still can't believe King for a Day didn't make it, it's just so amazing live!

Also, When it's time, because I like the live version much more than the studio version. The audios from videos on Youtube aren't bad, but I would've liked a good quality recording.

King For A Day is my favourite from Bullet In A Bible :D

wish they put it on Awesome As Fuck :(

Cigarettes and Valentines

American Eulogy (they played it in arizona and it was amazing....even billie said so on twitter! )

86, Olivia, Maria, Stuck With Me, I Fought the Law, Drama Queen, Stay the Night, The Grouch, Dreamcatcher, Poprocks and Coke, Castaway. Not necessarily on the album, but just a pro recording. All the rare tracks are awesome, after Awesome as F**k they could make Shenanigans 2 (Live) Every rare live b-side or rarity.

oh I Fought The Law would be a good one! :woot:

KING FOR A DAY!

and fucking Waiting! :woot:

and It's Fuck Time from Mainz :woot:

Definitely King for a Day... It's so such a great song live with the medley and Shout and everything!

They've improved it so much this tour and I really just think it's like the high point of the live show!!

What's one song you would have liked to see them add to AAF, and why?

Also, on a purely selfish level, Dominated Love Slave from Wembley would be pretty epic to have on there. Billie suddenly asked for requests and I desperately fumbled for my It's Fuck Time sign............and then I looked up and :woot: he'd picked Dominated Love Slave! I forgot all about my sign at that point . Such a treat. Plus it's always funny to hear different versions of it to hear the slightly different "staples!" each time.

I'd take DLS from Wembley over Waiting from Wembley any day. All the unexpected songs were a nice surprise but DLS was an extra nice surprise :D

The Good Riddance from Denver, because that's where awesome as fuck came from.

And he actually said "you're awesome as fuck" in the song.

Would've still given the standard closer and tied the album together.

It just makes sense to me

Still, very happy with how the album shaped out :)
