One song you would have liked to see on AAF

I Was There that they played in SA. It would've been cool to have a track on AAF of such a rare song. I believe it was the first time they played it in a show since Kiffmeyer left the band all those years ago.

I would of liked to see homecoming, it's a great song and because they don't play it that much the crowd get really excited when they do... I'm also kinda sad that they didn't put Hitchin' a Ride and Brainstew/Jaded, I know we had Hitchin' a Ride and Brainstew in Bullet and a bible, but they are the base/foundations if you will of the Green Day setlist... But i'm happy with the the song choice nonetheless!

Waiting from wembley stadium. They don't play enough songs from warning, Minority is a setlist regular but it was already on BIAB so Waiting would have been great to have on AAF. Warning is the only album with no songs to feature on AAF :( Even Cig and Val an album that was never released has a song on there.

YES. Waiting is one of my favorite songs of theirs ever.

To be honest, I would have LOVED Blood Sex and Booze. It's why I want a Tubbies DVD.

I would have loved if they included Maria in AAF. I guess it would have been cool if it was the Mainz version because I was at that show :whistle

It's just one of my favourite songs ever and they only played it 4 or 5 times on the entire 2009-2010 tour. Amazing

Surprised they didn't put Homecoming on it.

P.S does anyone else keep looking at the letters AAF and just immediately thinking of Alien Ant Farm like I am?

Homecoming. Just coz i absolutely love that song to pieces. And they only played it a couple of times (Twice...?) through out the whole tour so it would have been really awesome if they had included it on AAF.

Probably Waiting from Wembley.

Yes, Waiting and Armatage Shanks, which are not usually played live.

I think that the King for a Day medley (with Stand by me and all the other songs) would be great on Awesome As Fuck because it's amazing to see live. But that would be on the DVD, so...

Words I Might Have Ate (acoustic) because I felt in love with this song at the '09 Montreal show,

Before The Lobotomy (just 'cause I love it live  and I like to shout "Whiskey shots and cheap cigarettes!") ,

or a good recording of It's Fuck Time would be nice (or to have the real lyrics?).

I really really wanted king for a day on the live DVD!I love this song live!

Nice Guys Finish Last, from Wembley easily! First Green Day song I properly loved, me and my mate have always talked about starting a band called "The Nice Guys" because of that song, just went mental when they started it. Waiting would be second from that gig because it was great to hear live and also unexpected. Whatsername would be my acoustic choice

Disappearing Boy!!

At The Library.

Because they rarely play it live, and because I love their first album.

FOD. It was so sick live.

I would have loved to see Waiting & F.O.D. on it. But nonetheless, it's a great setlist and I'm excited.

First off, I'd like to say that the tracklist they chose is fucking sick but if I could choose a song or two to add it would probably be one of these - Scattered, Last of The American Girls, Redundant, Murder City, Give Me Novocaine, or anything from the 2010 shows in Boston and Connecticut haha. Oh and It's Fuck Time as a bonus track

What's one song you would have liked to see them add to AAF, and why?

Did you guys totally miss this part?

Macy's Day Parade, or Coming Clean.

I would have loved to see Olivia or Waiting on there

Nice Guys Finish Last or Homecoming  I had wanted to hear NGFL (and Burnout) so badly and I got to hear NGFL TWICE and i nearly exploded, I just love that song. Homecoming... just to hear "you taught me how to live" live. Gah. That line gives me the shivers.

And am I missing something, or is there no Hitching A Ride?

Hearing the rare stuff is cool and all, but a polished version of Welcome To Paradise or Hitching A Ride would be pretty awesome too, thanks :P

Welcome To Paradise is on the 21 Guns Live EP and Hitchin' A Ride is on Bullet In A Bible. I don't get why people want more versions of songs we already have from recent tours unless it's a different version like BOBD or King For A Day which I can understand since they've added so much to it, surely we want as many songs as possible to have an up to date live version professionally recorded. The only different thing they did differently with Hitchin' A Ride was miss out the end bit, which I'm sure no one would regard as a good decision since it's the best part of the song.

^ Hitchin a Ride is on BIAB, if that's polished enough for you :P And Welcome to Paradise is on the 21 Guns live EP.

edit: Damn, I'm late.

Well, for the DVD I would have loved September. Because I have a personal connection to the song and the reason why it was even played.

For the album as a whole.... Going to Pasalacqua would be great, I love the way it sounds live nowadays. Armatage Shanks would be awesome. God I can't choose only one, I'm already naming a bunch of songs that I'd love as well in my head

edit: well, how about thinking about which songs are on the record already before posting

Oh yeah, I forgot about Armatage Shanks. That song live is awesome. But you know that Going to Pasalacqua is on the live record, right? Or do you mean something else with "album as a whole" :)

Waiting from Wembley, any King For A Day, their classic rock medley, Platypus from Montreal, Whatsername or 1000 Hours from Quebec City, Minority from Wembley, and Armatage Shanks or Disappearing Boy from Montreal.

I'm happy about the track list!

Only one thing I can't understand. Why did they choose Geek Stink Breath from Tokyo as it's already featured on the DVD.

Furthermore we already have a live version of Geek Stink Breath from Tokyo from 2009.

Im surprised that they didn't add old songs from Costa Rica, and also Waiting from Wembley.
