There are better live bands out there than Green Day. Personally I would say they are the 3rd best live band I have seen: Behind Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica.

However in terms of stage props and crowd interaction they are number 1 but music wise, which is the reason we go to gigs there are better.

Well, at least they're often in the top five. I can't say I care a whole lot about the Kerrang polls. I think it's nice they/Billie made the top five a couple of times

exactly!!!!!! that's what i'm yelling to everyone ! people nowdays are blinding by the lights of fame those bands are showing to the world, and the result is that. i'm very sorry for today's children, i really am, 'cause it's not just for 30stm, but the justin biber and miley virus thing.. it's really dissapointing, you know ? well, i desided to punch in the face my little cousin if he EVER dare to tell me he likes biber or cyrus..

We go to gigs to be entertained! The music is a huge part of it of course but there's more to it than just that, it's the whole experience.

Green Day are by far and away the best I have ever seen.
