Where would Green Day be if Cigarettes and Valentines wasn't stolen?

Such a question (I"m new to the topic). Who knows what C & V sounds like, but I think that if it had been produced, it would have been just as good as the other albums but not better. That's the difference between American Idiot and the other albums; it stands out and contains new ideas. The Green Day albums are all excellent, but only two stand out like this, and those are Dookie and American Idiot (as well as their earlier stuff).

I don't even get what point you're trying to convey. That you think American Idiot and Dookie stand out and are better than the rest? And what has that to do with this thread?

it's hard to say....'cause we don't know how kind of music there was in. According to me, if the songs were like this

the album should be a great success!

I think she's saying she thinks those two albums stand out as better because they have new ideas/they're different. So therefore C&V might've been as good as their other albums but it wouldn't have been better, because it wouldn't have been new and different like AI. Just speculating on how good C&V might've been compared to their other albums.
