I wasn't very fond of the whole musical thing they did and that the concerts are having so much routine in them and all. Partly the American Idiot routine still, although that's from 4 years ago. Stuff like this sounds more like back to the roots to me with Billie Joe just having a big mouth saying silly and offensive things sometimes to express anger. I like it.

Rosie May Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 I just wanted to add that I thought the other thing he said during that song, about only needing his guiar and his balls etc. it just comes across a bit like a grumpy old man saying "well back in my day, everything was better," it was just sort of annoying really. I should have put that in the first time.
