about JAR: I always thought the last word was 'play' because it rhymes and fts with the song's topic

"and I don't wanna make a plan for a day far away

while I'm young and while I'm able all I wanna do it play"

and yes, the American Idiot tour's last show was Dec 17th 2005 in Melbourne

great show :D

Chris Cheney from The Living End came on stage to play/sing I Fought The Law

Okay, the storytime intro is great! I could not stop laughing at Tre singing Dominated Love Slave; I've never heard it anywhere else but on Kerplunk & it's twice as hilarious to hear today! XD And just hearing the trailer for the MTV World Stage movie sounds so epic and awesome. :D

Haven't finished listening to this one yet, but so far I've 2 things to say.

1. It felt very crowded for me at times. You'd be talking all at once and I just wanted to be like "ok guys shut up, one at a time please". Maybe that's just me, but at times I really couldn't understand what you were saying because you were all talking over each other.

2. Thank you for talking about my boobies :D

Oh and Tony. You have a lovely accent, but please get a proper mic :P

That's my fault - I should be doing a better job of trying to make sure we don't step all over each other. I think it's a good problem to have, at least we all have something to say.

Great episode this week.

You guys just keep getting better.

That "Billard Jo" note was THE funniest thing ever

I keep cracking up over that. Billard Jo Armstrong, lol.

I enjoyed the discussion about the last word in J.A.R. I never really thought about it before... I used to sing 'stay', because it rhymes with away.

You're probably right. It doesn't really have a last word, that's the whole intention. Their friend can't make any plans anymore, since his life ended so abruptly; hence the abrupt ending of the song. And now they have to live on, without him, in the knowledge that they have to live their life to the fullest, because it can be over in a heartbeat...

God, that is such an amazing song.

How awesome would it be to get one of the members of GD on the podcast?

If anyone of the guys would ever take the time to do that: respect.

I listened to it while riding the bus. I started laughing so much with the "Wtf? emails"

And I really loved the idea of having an interview with Jeff or Jason Freeze :woot: But you guys could have thought about it earlier lol. Now the tour is over, it will be hard to catch them, or get contact with them :(

Yes, me too... I think Alex's interpretation is right... Makes sense =)

This is probably the video you were also talking about: She (Argentina)

Coolest ending of She ever. It really did seem like an awesome show.

No. Remember I'm picking them up from the airport and going straight to the studio? I'm in San Jose right now waiting for their flight to get in. Should be in in about 45 minutes. I'll keep you guys posted.
