* Warning: Don't use yoghurt that's been expired for 10 days D: You'll end up with a stinky mess which you'll have to pour in the KFC bin because it starts leaking in your bag, while strangers think you're keeping puke in a tupperware box

Good times

I wonder what the moss graffiti will look like after a couple weeks/months. Yeah, it's not like you can pop by to check. Next year's GDATW meet up? haha

For you maybe - can't say I'm stoked that I have to wash my bag because it's got yoghurt stains

lol, I don't think there will be any shape whatsoever after a year  Suppose we'll have to meet up again next month :sherlock:

Scotland was a total fail.

I wish I would have been able to go to the Metro Detroit one :(

Scotland was a total fail.

Not many people turn up to them?

Gutted I couldn't make the Edinburgh one but I had a local charity thing going on, which I was doing for most of the day.

It's great to read all these stories, people seemed to have had fun.

apparently no one turned up to the Glasgow one and the ones that did, they weren't able to do the event because they got moved or something idk

Yeah that's what I heard, kinda sucks :(

Unfortunately nobody got into it here in Maryland either. We'll try again next year!

If this had been posted on Greenday.com and other national/international GD websites, it would have been a (bigger) success for sure! Next year, we need to get Warner/Green Day to post about it on the official website!

Well, Green Day Across the World arrived before I heard back from any of the people I tried to contact (true, I waited until the last minute.) Since I never found a group to work with (even if there was one anywhere near me) I decided to participate anyway with my kids (who are also big Green Day fans.) I made a Green Day Across the World Tshirt for the kids and we Reused some things that would otherwise be thrown away by making them into useful things for nature. We made a soymilk carton into a bird feeder and we took some cracked flower pots and sanded them and made them into toad houses.

Then I dug a trench from the downspout to my vegetable garden to save on watering the garden.

The kids and I were going to plant seeds for our butterfly garden and go for a walk to pick up litter, but we ran out of time. We still can finish that project later.

I do like the idea of trying again next year. Maybe I will be organized by then.

We were a group of 8 people in Croatia..not many at all but we had a lot of fun anyway. We cleaned up the forest in the capital city. Thanks a lot to everyone who participated and also huge thanks to the weird old man who gave us bundle of trash bags when we ran out of them :D

I'd love to do it again next year!

Been looking through all the pictures and videos today. It really makes me proud to be a Green Day fan.

Thanks so much to everyone who got involved, i think it was really successful for the first attempt, no reason we shouldn't do it again next year! :)

That's not the kind of thing anyone here could answer I'm afraid!

but may be anyone know.

I can assure you that no one on here knows, and the one person who might know something about it probably wouldn't read this, let alone answer the question. :) But personally I don't think they're going to play any festivals soon.

i didn't go to the Massachusetts one because I emailed the team leader and never got a response :( wish i'd been there tho!

Here's Good Riddance, by us, the Finnish fans! :------)

The girl I nominated to be team leader was taken to hospital that morning, and then everyone who did turn up got thrown out the train station. Aberdeen got cancelled at the last minute and barely anyone showed up to Edinburgh.

I don't think anything even happened in Ireland . . . . .

Nope. Everyone who agreed to organize it pulled out =/ I wouldn't have been able to make it anyway. Next year I suppose
