DecanoLP Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 The band's manager said that he has listened to the album and says that it "sounds amazing" I didn't expect anything different from him It would have been pretty strange if he hadn't praised the album. I mean, he's their manager... xD

I mean, he's their manager... xD But it's not like he had to say what he thinks of the album. Apparently he thinks it's worth mentioning he thinks it sounds amazing, which in turn sounds promising
Tomcat20 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 That's pretty exciting. They better make it totally badass although I don't expect anything special unfortunately. Yeah, the album better feature 2 Audio CD's.
jon18 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 The band's manager said that he has listened to the album and says that it "sounds amazing" And what about the DVD? Did he says anything?
pasalaska Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I don't have work tomorrow, which means I'll be sitting on GDA pressing refresh every few minutes waiting for the tracklist to be announced
Metanoia Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I don't have work tomorrow, which means I'll be sitting on GDA pressing refresh every few minutes waiting for the tracklist to be announced I wish I could as well But fuck, school starts again tomorrow.
Sanity Loan Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I wish I could as well But fuck, school starts again tomorrow. Same for me If its released before noon or after 4 (my time), I'll be in good shape
pasalaska Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I really really hope the recording locations will also be annouced. I'm super excited for this. Which also means I may get super disappointed if it's a crap tracklist
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 My school started last week :[ But anyway, unless it's realeased in the early morning US time (whatever timezone), which is not too likely, I'll be fine. Sometimes I do like timezones I really really hope the recording locations will also be annouced. I'm super excited for this. Which also means I may get super disappointed if it's a crap tracklist Yeah, I'm kind of afraid for disappointment as well. And as much as I'm telling myself I'm preparing for a crap tracklist, I know I'm hoping for something good anyway.
Sanity Loan Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I'm not being selfish because I was at this show but I think that C&V from Englewood should be on there cuz it was the first time it was played. And "Good Riddance" from Englewood because it was when Billie recognized the Awesome as Fuck signs and said it in the song.... so it'd be fitting to have somewhere on the album a reference to the album's title.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 so take the photographs and still frames in your muck That would be pretty cool to have on the album. As for C&V, idk, I just want the best version on the album, and I haven't compared the shows. So actually I'm happy with whatever show it comes from, as long as the song's on the album. edit: Oooh, using the same reasoning, I want September from Pinkpop to be on the album, because that was the first time they played it full band this tour and because the entire playing September thing started in the Netherlands ()

Billie wanted to do it twice to get a better recording but ended up making the second time worse than the first I guess either way I'll be fine with it

Vaso.Of.Suburbia Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 This week was going to be awful (school and extra lessons start). But after hearing these exciting news, I think it will be amazing
Nickofsuburbia Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Monday suddenly will suck much less than usual
jtdscape Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Monday suddenly will suck much less than usual My exact thoughts
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Tomorrow wasn't going to be too bad anyway (PE canceled so school's out two hours earlier than normal ), and this makes it better.
DecanoLP Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 And "Good Riddance" from Englewood because it was when Billie recognized the Awesome as Fuck signs and said it in the song.... so it'd be fitting to have somewhere on the album a reference to the album's title. Right, just watched a video of this. Pretty cool
GDLoT Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Yep, that's what I was told. And I believe it's coming Monday. my belly button is puckering & unpuckering excitedly at this TERRIFIC news! I'm hoping for Olivia to be on there also! Me TOO! I'm not being selfish because I was at this show but I think that C&V from Englewood should be on there cuz it was the first time it was played. And "Good Riddance" from Englewood because it was when Billie recognized the Awesome as Fuck signs and said it in the song.... so it'd be fitting to have somewhere on the album a reference to the album's title. i agree, they MUSt be on there!

"Hang it on a shelf and you're AWESOME AS FUCK" xD

But Good Riddance from that show would be the best. Plus, Good Riddance recorded live is kinda... repetative? when you're not actually seeing it live. You hear one version, and you've kinda heard them all (only difference being if it's electric vs acoustic). Englewood's version would surely stand out from all other shows.
GDLoT Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 track lists are being posted tonight!! YAY!!!!!!!!!
