Static Age, Gloria, when I come around and she are my favourites from the DVD. I think it's stupid that they choose to put in a Good Riddance that he played a dud note at the end of. Overall it's brilliant though :)

I find Gloria and My Generation damn awesome videos!!!!!!! And Billie's voice sounds really hot in My Generation I gotta say. :D

Pasalacqua is BRILLIANT!!!!!!

so many memories  I hope the only thing they cut was the intro.

I remember that night like yesturday...

In Germany, it came with a FSK 0 sticker, right next to the Parental Advisory sign. FSK is the voluntary self regulation institution for movies here and FSK 0 certainly means: appropriate for all ages. Weird!

Anyway, in my opinion, the DVD is more like a concert recording, than an actual DVD like BIAB, but I do like it. What I found annoying, was the screen format, which constantly switched from 16:9 to 3:4.

But the rest was really great! I love how, on the CD, he continues singing WMUWSE after Good Riddance. :)

Listening to the audio streaming on NME.com

But I'm not listening to the entire thing in one sitting, I'm doing a few each day so I don't spoil the entire CD before it comes on tuesday. I'm soooo excited for the DVD also. I can picture it now, I'm gonna be running off the school bus on Tuesday and bust into my house like "MOVE OUT THE WAY BITCH. AWESOME AS FUCK IS HERE!"

Haha, alright maybe not quite that crazy but yeah I'm pretty damn excited.

I've only listened up through Cigs and Vals on the audio so far, and might I say, East Jesus Nowhere is so high energy, Holiday too. Also I love that Viva La Gloria is on the cd because they rarely play that one live. It was one of my instant favorites on 21CB.

I love how some fans in other countries have already gotten their copies. It makes me happy, and now I'm even more excited for when it comes to the US on tuesday.

Can't freakin wait.

I got the bundle package so my UNCENSORED girl's awesome as fuck t-shirt will be... well... awesome as fuck.

:D

i mostly want AAF for the dvd and the Californian songs. :P

I watched the video of Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and the sad irony of Billie Joe screaming "We're alive" to the Tokyo audience made me think that if there's a slightly bit of punk and heart left in their rich and capitalist bodies they should donate most of their Awsome as fuck-money to help Japan in their days of crisis.

Anyways, I can't wait for the album!

Peace out!

What? of course they have a heart, and being punk has nothing to do with donating money.

I just finished watching the DVD, this era is now fully finished to me. Listened to 21st CB for the first time over a year ago, felt all those happy feelings and knew good stuff was going to happen very soon. And now I watched the tour DVD, sad feelings and knowing that there won't be any new music/concerts/etc for a long time. Weird. =/

I really liked the DVD by the way, was just stupid 'cause I watched it with the whole family and it was really hard to fully concentrate on everything with them commenting Billie's hair or whatever... Gonna watch alone sometimes soon. The only thing I didn't like was that even thogh the bunny is the mascot of the movie, it didn't appear at all.

edit: I actually thought My Generation wouldn't be that great at all, but now it's one of my favorite parts of the DVD. :D

i hate it when my mom does that

Oh yeah some parts really made me sad. Just because of all the sad things happening in Japan. Mostly during the sader songs, like 21 Guns or WMUWSE, also the beginning of Gloria.

But that crowd is sick! And I mean like really intense! :o

It's listing the DVD and CD tracks together.

Oh... okay!

Yeah, She is pretty awesome as well. Very underrated track in my opinion, maybe even better than Basket Case :) The "Let's go craaaazy" right before the first chorus is amazing. Oh, and the "Say your prayers and light a fire. We're going to start a war" gives me goosebumps every time I watch it. Billie kneeling down in front of the crowd, singing these great lyrics is beyond words!

Listening to the CD over and over again. "What's in your heart, Michigan?"

Jesus Christ, I paid nearly twice that!

They always have it cheaper there. I got 21st cb bonus for 17 and then saw hot topic got the bonus one for 13. i was pissed.

:runaround:

I paid €25/$35 for mine D:

I mean, I know CDs are complete rip-offs here, and even more so when they're new (the regular 21stCB cost nearly twice as much as that hot topic bonus version of yours), but that's just insane.

I can't stop reading this thread!

Tuesday can't come quick enough! :runaround:

Just watched the DVD. It was awesome.

The only thing that bugged me was that all of When I Come Around was black and white.

$35??!! Jesus Christ. That was what my 3 disc plus other stuff box set of harry potter POA cost.

BIAB cost me about 27 bucks. Is it that expensive in other places there well? or only your city?

Uh, I only paid 17€, which is noral for new released records over here.

Haha, CDs really are expensive as hell here.

Haha, BIAB was a bargain for me, I think the cashier had a wrong price on it, it cost me only €10/$14  (while on the website it costs €25/$35)

But, apart from BIAB in this case, I think it is that expensive everywhere... I bought it at a big chain, and I don't think the prices will vary a lot within the country... CDs are just expensive.

I had planned to go to the four big CD shops in town to check the prices and for posters and everything, but ended up just going to the coolest one, browsing around for half an hour (and finding Dookie on sale. Why is it always in a green case? I literally have only once seen a copy in a normal case being sold in the entire country), and then I didn't feel like going to the other shops and just bought AAF there as well.

Also, while searching on another website how much it costs in other places, these were the (only!) results.

Come to think of it, €20 (which I paid for AAF) is the usual price for a new CD, and this is a CD and DVD, so it's not even that bad...

Well anyway I hope I can watch it tomorrow, it's slightly annoying having the album lying here on my desk mocking me.

Awww..yeah it is! The whole piano beginning of Gloria is just woah. :o

I have the brown case dookie. Never seen a green one. :P

But €20 is still a lot! My parents would never let me buy a

DVD that's 30

Unless it had special, special features. :P

 wow, those results.

Got it! Listening to it right now, it sounds so incredible, and brings back so many memories!!!! Can't wait to watch the DVD!
