Laura! Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Does anyone know whether the three bonus tracks on iTunes will be available individually or just together with the whole album? I know that until now it seems you can only get it in its entirety. My problem: I ordered the physical CD because I love to hold an actual CD in my hands but I also want to own the bonus tracks. Best without wasting money for the tracks I already own... So? I think you have to pre-order. But they might become available individually later on, not sure though.

I'm not sure) But i'm sure all the tracks will be available for purchase seperatly once the album is released. Just a guess though, sorry.
Martyn Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I really think the dvd should be uploaded somewhere.....

Thank you and all the others So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they are available seperately once the thing is out officially..Otherwise I'm gonna commit a crime. Hate me
Metanoia Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I feel kinda lonely in my not having a problem at all with not listening to the stream and just waiting You are not alone. But omg today there are the premieres in Germany and I can't go I would have loved to see it on such a big screen with the massive sound and all.
pasalaska Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Otherwise I'm gonna commit a crime. Hate me you and pretty much everyone else on here I've already bought the album. Twice. I'm not buying it again.
captain peroxide Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 My strategy: buy the cd/dvd combo. Buy the bonus songs IF they're available individually, and download them if they're not. And I'll probably download the BluRay video of the show, because I want to have an HD copy on my computer.
Laura! Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 you and pretty much everyone else on here I've already bought the album. Twice. I'm not buying it again. I'm gonna be buying it twice. I have it pre-ordered on iTunes and then I'm gonna buy the hard copy.
Martyn Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Should really be going to the irish premiere tomorrow.....but 3.5 hour train journey up...and down..and having to get a hotel room for the night means i kinda had to pass
The Guy Called Kill Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Apparently I'm getting the Blu Ray/CD copy from Play.com for £12. Win. Also from the look of it you can buy Letterbomb and Christie Road separately here all my non illegally downloading friends! AAF Play.com
pasalaska Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I'm gonna be buying it twice. I have it pre-ordered on iTunes and then I'm gonna buy the hard copy. I got the DVD and the BluRay it's because I'm indecisive.
Metanoia Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Should really be going to the irish premiere tomorrow.....but 3.5 hour train journey up...and down..and having to get a hotel room for the night means i kinda had to pass Isnt that for "invited people" only anyways?
Laura! Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I got the DVD and the BluRay it's because I'm indecisive. I'd get the Blu-Ray but we're behind the times and don't have a Blu-Ray player yet.
Martyn Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Isnt that for "invited people" only anyways? Yups..... Had an offer of an invite.
oda Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 To everybody wondering about the bonustracks, it looks like you can buy Letterbomb and Christie Road seperatly on play.com Link
Stormy Haze Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I'm only going to buy the physical copy... my parents don't let me buy things off the internet. Which means I'll probably have to illegally download the bonus tracks I'd get the Blu-Ray but we're behind the times and don't have a Blu-Ray player yet. Same here
BraedonHorbacio Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Thankfully, it's not on WMUWSE or Good Riddance. Odd how it's only on a couple of tracks. edit: listen to holden caulfield, it sounds incredibly robotic, it's either autotune or a vocoder, quite why either would be used I don't know. Theres no autotune, you can hear the off notes. Not really off, but a little. Autotune doesn't always need to sound robotic, they can humanize it so you'd never know, but it would still sound perfect.

Yes, I know, I have to use autotune on half the artists I've had to produce for in a recording studio. there's either autotune or a non tuning vocoder on them.
Metanoia Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Yups..... Had an offer of an invite. Wow, lucky you. Too bad you're too far away though!
Clockwise Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Just called my local independent record store to see when they'd have this in, and they said they could sell it to me TOMORROW! Super happy. Same thing happened with 21CB, they just sell it to me whenever they get it in stock. Cannot wait!

Clayish Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Yes, I know, I have to use autotune on half the artists I've had to produce for in a recording studio. Right... Obviously, the studio tunes up the vocals because they are mastered tracks, and you shouldn't even compare them to a mediocre recording. The vocals probably sound fine, but I'm waiting for my actual copy.

Same thing happened with 21CB, they just sell it to me whenever they get it in stock. Cannot wait! Same here! I don't know how the dude here gets away with it. Isn't it illegal? Anyways, I don't care. I'm gettin that shit 4 days early!
skindogfuss Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Compare them to the concert videos. I have done, for example see: - who wrote holden caulfield @ 1:04 'i need to tell you' - he goes down in pitch stedily AAF version: @0:14 - there are added, off key notes that aren't in the live version. Right... Obviously, the studio tunes up the vocals because they are mastered tracks, and you shouldn't even compare them to a mediocre recording. The vocals probably sound fine, but I'm waiting for my actual copy. Let me know what you think when you get it then
