Angie-Marie Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 God these trailers are amazing! I cannot wait to have this DVD in my collection. Today I was given an Amazon gift card and the first thing I thought was, "Yes! I can finally pre-order Awesome As Fuck!"

Bastard of 1967 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Hey gang - just got an email notification from (purportedly) the band's official MySpace page that a live vid of Welcome To Paradise has just been posted here. If I click on it I get a "not available in the US" message. Can anyone else see it (and if so, can you cap it and share)? http://www.myspace.com/video/greenday/welcome-to-paradise/107558289#pm_cmp=O_5102_notif

Odd that it isn't available in the US
farley drexel hatcher Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Wouldn't that probably mean it's just not been made public yet? I think that was the case once before.
Sanity Loan Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 It sucks that its not available.... I do recall that problem with MySpace before. Wasn't it for the 21 Guns music video back in July of 2009?
Alan86 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 The last promo clip that was put up on myspace appeared on the green day youtube channel the following day, I hope that happens again
Bastard of 1967 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 The last promo clip that was put up on myspace appeared on the green day youtube channel the following day, I hope that happens again ^^^ That. So for now let's just all keep an eye on Youtube -- I guess it's looking like they're ready to hoark up another one. ...and I guess Warner marketing doesn't have their shit together again -- for a change!
greendepent Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 In both trailers, there is something i don't understand. There are two versions of several songs. It is impossible to know which will be in dvd Probably is a different part of the song, thinking about almost all the songs showed in the trailer are the chorus.
Katarina. Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Warner, what a surprise.. Yeah, they'll most likely put that Welcome to Paradise video on their Youtube.. soon.. So great they're giving us more trailers and other videos about Awesome as Fuck, I love it.
November's Storms Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Is it too unrealistic to hope that Welcome to Paradise might be released as a live single? Seeing as it was widely expected to be released as a Dooke single but never happened..I know how unlikely it might be but its worth hoping!
jon18 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 We have enough of these extracts, I'm afraid it spoil the surprise.
Alan86 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 A still uploaded on Facebook about 20mins ago Blue is looking great
jon18 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I love to see Mike and Billie Joe jumping with their instruments. For me, they are the incarnation of what rock music is supposed to be.

You're certainly entitled to your feelings but I guess I don't look at release day as a "surprise". If you do want to wait 'til release day to see the clips included in the trailers or preview vids, then I suppose it's easy enough to avoid looking at them online for the next few weeks. As for me, I'm not going to decline a treat whenever the band decides to toss one our way.
Noy Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 there is goona be a Premiere ? like at BIAB in Hollywood?

Noy Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I don't know what surprises there are to be had here. Lots of us made it to at least one 21CB show, and there are literally thousands of videos from the tour on Youtube. Short of technical glitches (like the WTP pyro fuckup), I don't know that there are really all that many surprises the trailers can spoil. I mean, unless Darth Vader is Billie Joe's father or something. But if that were the case, Billie Joe would probably be a bit taller... lmfao
gdpony Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 omg I can't fucking wait! I really hope we get it at least the same week here

In both trailer, there two versions of Know Your Enemy, two different stage-diving. The same with East Jesus Nowhere. It's impossible to know which version will be on the dvd.
