FiaKels Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Yeah. I bought her ticket though, and payed for some of her ticket for the second time. The second time was Lollapalooza, so she didn't have to stand with me all day, or watch Green Day. I bought her ticket because she was the only way I could've gotten there. It was a fun road trip all around though, both times. I'm hoping there's atleast one songs from one of the shows I went to on this Live Fucking Album. Fuck I almost went to Lollapalooza. I had the money and everything, AND I was even in the midwest at the time. Stupid car just HAD to break down the day before. And of course there was no way in hell I could pay for a rental, or take amtrak there. Fucking parentals.

I got light headed during Hitchin' A Ride though, and I had to leave my spot that I was at for 9 hours... It was the saddest moment of my life. I moved to a bare spot in the crowd not too far back, but then I got light headed again right at the end of King for A Day, and I had to go get a drink or something. So, I pretty much walked away from Green Day, 21 Guns playing behind me.... That song makes me sad everytime I listen to it now. I still got to see the rest of the show, but I completely missed Minority.. But, atleast I was there. I mean, there are people out there who haven't even had the chance to see them. So, I guess I shouldn't feel too sad.
gdpony Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I wont get my hopes up for this week, but I cant wait for the news!
Katarina. Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Not sure what that is... It'd be interesting to find out. I may email them and see what they have to say. And I can guarantee you that isn't the live album I hope they reply with good information and not just "It's a CD" or so. And lol, the Google Translate is not bad, but it kinda fails. You can translate that Dutch sentence literally to "More information can you"
in_your_face Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 i'm really excited about this DVD. i hope it'll hit the shops soon.

And lol, the Google Translate is not bad, but it kinda fails. You can translate that Dutch sentence literally to "More information can you" Haha, yeah, the translation is a bit weird I emailed them yesterday (a little more elaborately (is that even a word?) than that tweet, haha), no answer yet. They say they try to answer everything within two business days, so hopefully they'll answer by Friday.

Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I didn't even see an email us link haha It's under "Info", haha.
dawn71 Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I hope they do come out with a DVD from this tour. In Dallas I was in the very front in the pit and there was a dude with a professional video camera in front of the barricade filming the audience and the stage too.
-Billiejoezee- Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 live fucking album. I wish. Oohhh they better have the judges daughter from chula vista on their!! and if theres a DVD, billies head stand at irvine.
Katarina. Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 This album better have most of the rare songs/oldies on them. If that's not going to happen I'll be disappointed.. And it would be awesome if they used something from Pinkpop (or maybe even the Rotterdam show, which won't happen anyway..)

And it would be awesome if they used something from Pinkpop (or maybe even the Rotterdam show, which won't happen anyway..) I would hope that they put more rare stuff on the live album. They would basically have the same songs that were released on Bullet in a Bible if they don't add rare songs. We will just have to wait and see I guess.

Imo there's no need to have a live album if it'll have a similar list of songs that BIAB has. Green Day is not just American Idiot/21CB and their "hit singles". This 21st Century Breakdown tour was full of energy, awesome performances, and I think.. requests/older songs/rare songs as well! It was so exciting to be in the tour threads to read about the "Blue" part of the show, where they play older songs. And songs like Letterbomb, Give me Novacaine, Christie Road, Whatsername, Redundant/Words I Might Have Ate should totally make the album. Fingers crossed then.. Yeah, we have to wait and see.
AndrewW91 Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 They should probably put She's A Rebel on there from Lollapalooza. That'd be sweet...especially cause he fucks up the lyrics.
-Billiejoezee- Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 or Mainz and Munich or do you think it's gonna be from the whole tour? so Cologne and London, Wembley would be great too MAINZ FOR PT.
luvgirlcl Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Wishful thinking here..but wouldn't it be awesome if they did like every single song that was played on tour, the usual setlist plus the oldies/rares they played? I'd end up being like a 5 hour CD....but it would be great One can dream, right?

So, I guess I shouldn't feel too sad. Yeah, that's true. AND you got to see Social D and Gogol Bordello, both of which I've wanted to see live forever. How close were you to the stage at first? What time did you get there?
Leisha-LUNA Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 no, It's Fuck Time hehe that HAS to be on there. That was so excellent I remember when they started singing it I was like "...I know this...what is this...what's going on...OMG ITS FUCK TIME!" Exactly like that... haha
Velocity Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 There needs to be at least one song from either the Camden, Virginia, or Holmdel shows or else.
AndrewW91 Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Yeah, that's true. AND you got to see Social D and Gogol Bordello, both of which I've wanted to see live forever. How close were you to the stage at first? What time did you get there? Yes. Social D is my second favorite band. The crowd pushes during Gogol Bordello broke my camera. I was only about 2 people back from the barrier or so. I got there at about 9:15ish in the morning.
