nooo there is king for a day, too!

yeah yeah, but he doesn't go all "crazy jumping" in that one... I think they should have used one of those songs where he is more of a front man than a guitar player. 'Cause for me, it's one of the highlights of every show.

But I'm happy with what we got! More than happy, I wasn't expecting it to be this good xD

but hannover was the first european show (after pinkpop i think but

that was a festival)

So just because it was on a festival it means it's not a show? :ermm:

iTunes exclusives? Why is everyone trying to kill the whole CD and DVD thing? And why have Green Day joined them?

IMO, it should be a DVD exclusive, if anything. I'm not going to buy 3 God damn digital copies just to get a few songs.

Definitely a record label thing. I'm sure the band didn't have to strong of a choice in this matter.

makes sense :) and yes, I agree. Jaded already got hit in the face by Bullet in a Bible, and now again :&

Whyyyy there's no 'It's Fuck Time' from Mainz? Or any other song from that show at all. Such an epic show it was.

Anyway, I'm happy they included When I Come Around from Berlin

I'm kind of glad it didn't.. Since I want that song to be part of a FHT album, not GD's. And that's how it should be, I don't know, I tend to look at both bands as being unrelated.

An I'm not even sad that "my" show wasn't included. Specially 'cause It's just an audio, and honestly there isn't much of a difference between the different countries.

Are we going to have to wait for the actual release to find out the dates each of the songs were played?

East Jesus Nowhere is from Glasgow and I only attended one of those concerts so I'm eager to find out if it was the one I was at!

i'd say there won't be anymore updates or further details from green days side, so we might need to wait ...

all thats left is the wait

oh and of course Green Day releases the setlist with 69 days til the release

naww, ofcourse it was a show.. did they play burnout there though?

anyway - i was just being selfish and i wanted the show i attended to be on there :P

i would have guessed they'd pick a song from at least the argentina show though - because billie himself said that that was the best show ever.

I'm pretty sure it will be the 2010 one, I think the first four from the UK tour will all be the 2010 ones, that's why they're all next to each other. The opener being from their biggest gig at Wembley followed by the Lancashire Cricket Ground, Marlay Park and the SECC. It seems to make sense. The 2009 one was better from what I remember but you need the video to see how hilarious the 55 year old guy coming up to be saved was :D

This is speculation but based on the evidence we have of the listing I am personally quite sure they will stick to the 2010 UK tour.

Hey, let's all stop complaining about song choices... and be glad we're FINALLY getting a good version of Cigarettes and Valentines. :D

yeah I know.I think that it doesn't deserve to be in the live album, that's all. :)

Oh. I thought you meant that you didn't know what it was. :whistle

I was afraid of that. And I remember that guy! "Willie! Sounds like Billie! Now get the fuck off my stage!"

Yeah well, you're probably right, but it was what made that show even more special and for some reason I was hoping they'd include it :P Plus it's related to the album title :D It could at least be a bonus track or something.

No, they didn't. wasn't what you implied but whatever (:

i dont see why everyone is pissed at the setlist

we got some great old songs with GTP and Christie Road and JAR and fucking PAPER LANTERNS

we got some great new songs like Letterbomb and Viva La Gloria and American Eulogy

personally i think its a great setlist because it combines great things that happened on tour

of course they couldnt get everything that happened on the tour but i think that what they did pick accurately represents the great things that Green Day did on this last tour

just because the show that you went to where Billie responded to you screaming his name isnt on the DVD or the CD doesnt mean its the end of the world

im sure that Green Day and their management and the record label picked these songs that are on the CD for a reason and i think that this is gonna be a absolutely amazing CD/DVD for Green Day and this tour

Yeah, I'll shut it now.. I'm really looking forward to getting the CD/DVD. It will be amazing either way.

I hope it will be backstage clips from other countries than the ones that are included on the setlist.

I'm going to guess that those details will be in the liner notes..... you know, of the actual CD case... remember those? No liner notes from Amazon, iTunes, etc! :P

Classic Scottish guy, stoating onstage in his trackies  To date he's the only old guy I know that's gone up for EJN, at Wembley the Irish kid that got pulled up was right next to us, and the hilarious thing was we had brought this really religious guy who happens to be really short with us, so when Billie-Joe said "that little guy" we thought he meant our little guy :D Who would probably have been offended by the lyrics lol :D
