I mean it's even got the blue hair! I think it's just a coincidence that he happened to dress as a boxer for a photoshoot years ago. The hair's black on the tattoo and the shorts are a different colour too. I can't think why he'd want to get a tattoo of a random old photoshoot anyway, he probably doesn't even remember it. I just think it's a nice coincidence and nothing more.
