I'm sure it was Green Day that were meant to have chose the setlist. It came with an article about why they chose each song or something I think, I'll see if I can find it out.

I would've scanned it in, but there is now only a quarter of a page left in there They were definitely meant to have been chosen by Green Day though, the sticker on the CD says 'punk anthems chosen by Green Day' and the bits I can read in the magazine are like, Billie's explanation for each track being on there.
