I think if you guys leave one topic open about the hair or the looks of the band members in general, would prevent that people make 1000 new topics every 10 seconds about it!

While it's a topic very mediocre and meaningless the fans, in general, like to comment about the appearance of their idols. It's a normal thing! And it's nice to have a place for that, some times you want to comment that new hair color or that cool outfit.

I don't know, you could make ONE topic for us comment about the appearance of the band members. It's my opinion.

And about the hair, I don't think that the color of his hair matter for he rocks!

I think that for him to rocks he has to use the color that he feels better at that particular time.

Mmm, I'm not trying to turn this into a fangirl topic (though I AM a fangirl, not just for Billie Joe, for the whole trio), I'm just trying to have some fun. Some insane, pointless fun. It would be nice if all topics weren't just plain, I was aiming to spice it up a bit. It's fine if you close it, but some people might not like that.
