I still don't get how BJ is gonna do all the dancing and stuff. It doesn't really make sense i mean he's good at Green Day but he can't sing like they do in the musical and I doubt he can do all the moves well. I worry this is gonna be like epic fail...

I can't imagine how this is going to go down, but I can't picture Billie failing at it. I'm fucking ecstatic at the prospect of seeing it on Thursday.

I still don't think the success of the St J role is whether he shaves his head or whatever (god no-angels will cry!! lol) - it's a state of mind, and I think he's already done it to some extent a million times. This is just a different stage, and he has to make it last for 90 minutes.

Honestly Billie won't be able to sing Tony's part, but they'll work it for Billie's style and I can see that being great. When Green Day performs St. Jimmy, Billie becomes St. Jimmy. He'll do beautifully. I'm so happy he's doing this. WHAT A YEAR!

Really wishing I lived in NYC or had loads of money to fly over!!

I hope someone manages to record it cos I'm interested to see how it turns out. With the amount of time he's been spending in NYC recently I expect he's had time to rehearse it and I doubt he'd be doing it if he didn't feel he could do it well.

AT least we only have to wait a few days to hear how it goes

I feel kinda weird about this. I mean, I don't know if Billie has been thinking about being in the show for a while, but because of the fact that the show's really starting to die out, it kind of seems like a publicity stunt to get more people to see it. :/

But, again, he did write the song and therefore has the best idea of who and what St. Jimmy should be, so who knows.

I'm amazed by how many people think Billie's gonna suck as St. Jimmy. Remember, he's gotten himself into that St. Jimmy space during live performances for years now. Only this time, there's some choreography for him to learn- but there's no doubt in my mind that he can learn it.

I, for one, am greatly anticipating hearing that voice shout "1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4!" and see him pop out that doorway ontop of the stairs. It's gonna be one of those moments of total and complete awe.
