Moffie Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Can someone explain to me where this white blazer came from? I've never seen a member of the cast wear it before.
Hermione Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Just saw that video on Youtube. Love it. Seeing the look on Billie's face made me happy, it made my day Exactly! I'm thrilled for him, he must be so happy and proud.
Bohemian+Scandal Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Can someone explain to me where this white blazer came from? I've never seen a member of the cast wear it before. Artistic choice? He looks damn good in it.
Moffie Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Just saw that video on Youtube. Love it. Seeing the look on Billie's face made me happy, it made my day Aww. In that video, it looks like Libby is about to cry and it makes me want to cry!
Fuzz Posted September 29, 2010 Author Posted September 29, 2010 Can someone explain to me where this white blazer came from? I've never seen a member of the cast wear it before. My guess is a costume department, or Billie's closet. hah.
RobyRoom Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Can someone explain to me where this white blazer came from? I've never seen a member of the cast wear it before. I think it's from Billie Joe's closets, it reminds me something he could have worn, then it should have had an incident while lighting a fire
Moffie Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 My guess is a costume department, or Billie's closet. hah. I think it's from Billie Joe's closets, it reminds me something he could have worn, then it should have had an incident while lighting a fire I guess it's from Billie's closet, too. It's just weird that it just 'magically' appears.
Hermione Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Video of Homecoming Holy shit Whether they're here or not thanks SO much to the people who filmed these videos
Marki. Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 omg this video :')) Billie's serioously the most talented person on Earth.
cerianlouise Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Arrgh! It's killing me not being able to watch these videos! I tried to watch the homecoming video on my phone on the way to work this morning but Internet was too slow and YouTube is blocked on my work pc :-(...from what I did see it looked like billie was fantastic - I just knew he would be! I really hope they bring the musical to London but even more I wish I was in ny this week!!!!!!
unexplainedbacon Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 The vids and pics are awesome!!!! Thank-you to whoever took them! :eyebrow:
justcause Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Okay, just based on those videos, I hate to say it but Billie really does sound like he's straining his voice a bit. I mean, yeah, they lower it compared to what Tony usually sings, but it still seems like he's straining to hit some notes. Maybe they'll tweak it some more in the upcoming performances. I think he's just nervous - y'know, not fully inhabiting his voice? First night, after all - and a really big deal first night at that.
Slappy. Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Thanks so much to everyone that posted these pics & videos! It looked sooo awesome!
Radioactive1 Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Blah. I am speechless right now. There's just no words for how amazing this is Arrgh! 28smooth Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 All this really makes me want to go and see the musical even more than before!!!!! (unfortunately not gonna happen - see my location! ) I love musicals anyway but to be able to watch two hours of Green Day songs made into a story would be just.... awesome...with or without Billie (who btw kicked ass!! ) Thanks to everyone for vids, maybe one day I'll get to see it all live....
Moffie Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Blah. I am speechless right now. There's just no words for how amazing this is They bloody well should bring the musical to London! That'd be cool but it'd be weird to hear someone with an English accent singing, "Don't wanna be an American Idiot!" It'd be like, "Cool! You're not, so...awesome!" I know not as dramatic as that but I don't know.
whatsername343 Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 That'd be cool but it'd be weird to hear someone with an English accent singing, "Don't wanna be an American Idiot!" Hermione Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 lol true. They should fly the cast over to London They should fly Billie over with them
28smooth Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 They should fly Billie over with them ...and then stay forever..... :D
Moffie Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 lol true. They should fly the cast over to London That's what happened to "Hair" and it closed on Broadway and shortly after on West End. I say possible touring cast from the US tours US, Canada and the UK and THEN goes to West End with whoever's left plus some new people. That'll work!
Radioactive1 Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 They should fly Billie over with them Definetly. The other boys should come over as well. Might as well do a Foxie gig whilst they're here lol Ahhhh we can only dream
