I'm using my studen id for the Sunday matinee! SO EXCITED.

So is this the whole audience gets to talk / ask questions / is invited?

I think so...

anything about the Q&A of yesterday??

I snuck into the talkback last night and took a really bad picture of the folks onstage... http://t.co/qjWcU6X

It was a good talkback. David Cote did a really good job at moderating and it was pretty good. Tonight and tomorrow I'm seeing the show also, so maybe I'll have better pictures of the talkback.

Where did Billie Joe exit?? through the stage door or somewhere in the back???

Well this is just great.. I'm glad the guys are having these conversations but my question is will it be aired for everyone or is it just a private gathering. :sherlock:

im attending Sunday, coming from Boston. for the people that went...do share deets on what went down for the talk back! :)

Quick question: David Cote, the guy who moderated, is he the same David Cote who wrote the companion books for Wicked and Spring Awakening?

If he is, I wonder if he'll write one for American Idiot.

So, anyone who went have any interesting questions? I saw one on Tony's fb, but that's really it... it'd be a pity if things like this, with excellent opportunities to ask spicy questions, would just pass by.

Posted

People who are going, please report whatever you remember from the Q&A!! I only saw the one in Tony's facebook too.

No, David Cote is a writer in the theatre section of Time Out New York.

Don't know, I guess so

This is what he said

On Wednesday

"At last nights Q&A, a fan asked Billie Joe if he'd ever consider doing 'album dedicated' concerts. Billie said he thought it would be cool to play 'Kerplunk' front to back. He also said that he was a "cheap date" and that he would play pretty much anything anywhere!"

Would love to see this with my own eye. Awesome. And also, questions.. I can't wait to hear what those have been.

Fuck...I'm so excited for Sunday! :woot:

I need to think of a good question to ask.

Hmm...whatever should I ask?

What their favourite colour is and whether they prefer plain socks or socks with patterns.

[/first thing that popper in mind and it's lame]

maybe you could check out that thread from the guy who said he'd interview the guys at Lollapalooza, there's some pretty good questions in there (I can't remember any atm, though).

although that's mostly really Green Day questions, not really anything to do with the musical.
