No one but me seems to remember this particular genre, defined by the early days of bands such as Rancid, AFI, Link 80, Green Day, etc and it is very likely that Foxboro would want to use the same symbol.

The mystery of Cigarettes and Valentines is even older, and still not really solved as of yet. Mindfuck!

At least not until Billie gives us the actual full story behind it although he may never will.
Hermione Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 Haha if I'd noticed that it totally would've made my Foxies senses tingle too, just like with Frank Turner and his FTHC backdrop that's almost EXACTLY like the FBHT one. If I hadn't known about it in advance I would've thought the Foxies were gonna play when I saw his backdrop at Wembley. But yeah apparently it's a really common symbol for "something-hardcore", four letters in an X like that. I think Jason Chandler said he designed the Foxboro logo like that as kind of a jokey take-off of those hardcore logos. It looks like it's gonna be EBHC or some other hardcore thing, but it's not it's just FBHT
