I don't like the idea at all, since I like complete concerts

I'd love the cd if it brings only ONE date, I hate compilations. Same for a video thing

Playing songs twice certainly sounds like inclusion for a live album, that's for sure.

Someone said that they played it twice for the live album.

I really want this to be on vinyl and to be like the Springsteen Live 1975-1985 triple 12" boxset, with like 40 songs on it from several different concerts throughout the years, obviously they won't have the past 10 years recorded but if they got like 40 songs played in the last two years or so on tour, then it would be perfect. Live records sound fucking awesome on vinyl.

Equally importantly, MUST HAVE LETTERBOMB ON IT. From a personal point of view I really want the Hey Jude singalong from Wembley.

But surely the main priority is for it to be a proper documentation of these gigs and not one the label's meddled in to get the hits in, as it was with Bullet In A Bible. No Homecoming or Knowledge or When I Come Around still pisses me off. If it's a similarly short 14 song record I don't think I'll bother but I hope they'll have at least the 30-odd song strong set they play nowadays on it, in which case I will jizz my pants.

we can say it was pretty much confirmed today! :D

now let's just cross our fingers for a DVD!

I absolutely LOVED BIAB, I never get tired of watching the random little interviews and backstage moments, plus the actual concert footage is amazing. So another biab-like DVD would be incredible :D

I agree with this whole post but the if this live album were to be anything like the Springsteen album I'd probably piss my pants. :runaround:

Just a thought on the DVD...

I think it was Jill that mentioned that Billie wore grey striped pants at the first concert of this leg of the tour, but for every other one he's been in the same black shirt and red and black striped pants. Don't know if Mike and Tre have been wearing the same clothes or not. But if they were filming the concerts, it would make it much easier to edit if the clothes are all the same.

So, in my mind at least, a DVD is possible too.

Except he hasn't, he's worn plain red pants as well, at least one or two times. I think.

Really? Since this NA portion started? I thought it was always the striped ones after Camden. Although I'm pretty sure he changed his tie so that really does blow my theory!!

I just checked... I'm taking back my words, it's all red striped pants indeed. I think I've just seen a couple of pictures where it seemed a red plain pair. Sorry! :)

The show after Camden, in NY, he also wore grey striped pants, though, but anyway.
