Pearl Jam record every single gig (which to be fair most artists record a mix), but on their website they release each idividual gig as abootleg CD for about a tenner, meaning fans can purchase their own gig they went to. Think its a great idea. Yeah.. I hope someday Green Day will do the same. They gotta get/have an idea like this.

Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Hoping for a Wembley DVD, but that's just coz I was there I want them to record the Wembley date aswell, for that same reason, but also cos it was a big thing playing Wembley Stadium, most bands release a live DVD playing live at Wembley. I think the idea of having different songs from each show would be awesome, then there could be a song for each venue (well not every venue, because that would be too long, but most venues) and they should include the Europe tour and the American tour me thinks.

Yeah the look on their face's was pricless, and i know i was in awe the whole time it was just an incredible night.

I'd honestly rather that.

They should release some awesome new songs with it and have a few singles to go with the album just to give us something new while we wait for their nextl studio album.

I reckon it'll just be a mixture of the best ones, and hopefully a few rare ones in there too. I'd love a DVD but i really don't think we'll get one after what Bill Schnieder said. Gutted.

But in my head, it's not that difficult, I mean, the work is divided through different people, what they really would need to do, is to command those people, and give them money xD Plus right now, everything he mentioned is done. But as I said I have no idea... I WANT A DVD! A live album, just audio, is not a big deal for me

I think it's the whole thing that they have to promote it, because they're also promoting Rock Band and the musical, and they have a tour going on... I suppose that'd be a bit much, haha. But indeed, it's not like the guys are personally montaging everything. Although idk if they might pick the things that go on the dvd, or have some voice in that at least. I would really like it if they did a DVD, though.

It was so exciting for me when they released Bullet in a Bible because it was such an amazing gig, the first gig I went to in fact. Their shows are too good, they need another DVD

That's at the end of October, so I think that there isn't that much work left for promoting the other stuff, I mean have you ever seen somebody promoting a nearly half year old video game? And the playing time schedule on the official musical page is only going until January 2011, so I don't think that's still that much promotional work. As it was mentioned before, we can only wait and hope for the best.

I hope they'll do something, do not really care which country or what song There's no ~special gig upcoming, like Wembley was, well, maybe the homecoming show, but I think if they do a Audio only CD they'll take songs from different concerts, that's maybe the reason why they don't plan a DVD.
