I do not hate the musical. I think it is great. I hate that it is getting promoted instead of Green Day because it is not Green Day and Green Day should be getting promoted not the musical.

Actually it is her reputation that is at issue. She wasn't chosen to go to Broadway. But to sue? If she's been in this business for any length of time she must be aware that there is always disappointment and you don't get every job you audition for.

Plus, how the heck were they suppose to edit her out of the music video after the fact? Billboards etc, yes they could of done that. Maybe should of. But the video? She must have signed a contract that allows them to use her image - it's standard business practice.

Just another silly lawsuit that is tying up our court system, I say.

Couldn't agree more, and by making all this fuss, she's just drawing more attention to herself.

I mean, just cause she wasn't maybe 100% right for the role doesn't say she's a worse performer or anything. Seeing her other videos on YouTube....nooo....can't image her in AI at all.
