debunked Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Reading the twitter results for "Green Day" just makes me sad. I refuse to read the Green Day @replies. They ALWAYS make me sad. People on twitter are always so negative about everything. It's used a place to complain. I never see much good on twitter and yet.. I continue to use it.

No. That's my opinion. But the band loves the musical and the performers. And they want them to succeed and they obviously enjoy singing/performing with them. I'm sure if the band didn't want to perform with the cast they wouldn't. So while many of us would prefer just a band performance, it's really not up to us. But up to them and what they want to do. Billie Joe, Mike and Tre really seemed to be having fun (from the snippets I saw) and I can't imagine they would continue to do these performance if they weren't fun. Does that make sense?

Yes, but what I said was just an opinion. I know it's not up to us. I just don't think they should be in every TV performance green day does these days. I wanna watch a normal TV performance with just my favorite band, and be able to enjoy the rythm and BILLIE'S voice. Given an opportunity to sing next to Billie Joe, wouldn't you grab him too? To be honest I'd be too embarrased. And/or nausseated. (Is that how you spell it? )
