hyz Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Great job again guys. Maybe the next album can just be remixes of BOBD?!?!?
theviridiansea Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 I love when Mikey talks about his concert experience, because I'll be like, "I REMEMBER THAT!!" Mikey, did you say J'net was there? Because I remember before we got inside, you and a woman wearing a whole bunch of Foxboro Hot Tubs pins were a foot away from me. You were saying you liked Acts 2 and 3 more than Act 1, and she agreed with you. Was that her? She travels a lot for concerts if it was. ANYWAYS the goatee conversation was hilarious, and I loved the story about making Tre serious. Personally I didn't find it the funniest show, but I liked it a lot because it brought back a lot of memories from the Vancouver concert.
Moffie Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 WTF Emails are the best. Ever. Overall, I love the Podcast. I died at the end. Andres, you should've accepted the Green Day duel for shits and giggles. I keep wanting to interrupt during the Podcast. You guys just make the conversation so easy-going.
Undómiel Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Those 'wtf email' links in the show notes actually made my brain melt slightly. *sigh*
AdelineGrenades Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Awesome as always! I can't look at ice cream trucks the same way after listening to these
Acid Monkey Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Me No Wanna Licky You is a genius song. Try out for American Idol?
drummerdude13 Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Just read the rest of the WTF e-mails. Some of those e-mails are... um... pretty strange. I feel sorry that you guys have to get so many of them from stupid people who don't know how to read.
Smoothed Out Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 omg that has just totally cheered me up that was amazingly hilarious guys as usual, btw I'm in love with Wolfgang, Mikey haha
greendaytone Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 "They played their little hearts out" at Lollapolooza "to dozens fan" The licky song should be released! Enjoyed hearing about the concert experiences, great show!
Mrs. Nobody Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Great podcast =) I love listening to peeps talk about their experiences meeting GD or getting onstage
Tubbie Head Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 I just enjoy to hear the fan's experiences meeting the band and going on stage! Loooove the "WTF e-mails" and Andres, that song rocked.
drummerdude13 Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I just watched M1KEY's performance with Green Day on YouTube. I love the face he makes when he steals Billie Joe's pick. It's just like "Fuck yeah! I'm stealing Billie Joe Armstrong's guitar pick! What now?!" I think his performance comes in a close second to the guy from Lollapalooza
NothingButYourImagination Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 "No, put that away!" XD Omg, I laughed so much when M1KEY's room mates were disrupting the podcast!
ifmemoryserves Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Listening now. Oh my god, they are SO fucking strict about cameras in New York. I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard "No photography allowed in the theater!!!!"
Moffie Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 It's different in the theatre than a concert. There are restrictions due to Actors Equity. You can get kicked out, fined, etc if you take pictures and/or video. That's every show that involves Equity actors. It's not a concert; it's a Broadway musical. People know that but still...they take that shit seriously.
purplebenny Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 One of the best podcast evewr, well done guys, Andres your song is lol, haven't stopped laughing since, please please give us some more wtf e-mails:)

Vrock09 Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I can just imagine Andres pulling up to that persons house with a giant Ice Cream Truck
For Lack of a Better Word Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 As always, I had a blast... while listening I thought I need to stop laughing so much. No, don't stop the laughing! It's so genuine and lively and makes me want to laugh too Aand the Licky song was stuck in my head all day now. Damn you Andres, why did it have to be so catchy?! Also, I bought the Aqua album too! On tape! And me and my friends made up a dance to Barbie Girl and did it as school discos Well, we can start a little 'I used to do an Aqua routine' club then But we danced to My Oh My. Oh the nostalgia...

This and camera flashes when you're trying to perform are fucking annoying.... one minute it's a completely dark theartre and you're concentrating and then *FLASH* oh my god, i'm blinded!! gahhh....
Maura99 Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Well, we can start a little 'I used to do an Aqua routine' club then But we danced to My Oh My. Oh the nostalgia... I'd have to join as well then. I think me and my friends had a routine on Doctor Jones. It could've been My Oh My too, I'm not sure. They were really hip and happening at the time... O, the memories. It all comes back to me now.
