I wouldn't mind at all xD

But it's not the same thing as a real concert, from what I've seen from last year

if they ever played together I believe it would be best if FBHT played after Green Day so Green Day isnt shitfaced too.....

yeah sick idea. i agree. FBHT should SO open for green day. you know what? they should play TOGETHER! that would be AMAZING! like when U2 and green day played together! that would be great! :D:D

*sarcasm*

that would be awesome

That's like inviting yourself to your own birthday party. And being the only guest.

I just don't think it would work, I'd rather see a Foxboro Hot Tubs gig by itself. :D

It would be interesting to see the Network open for Green Day, like someone else said. But it would wear them out too much I think =/

It would be awesome if they did! :woot:

No.

It would be great, but impossible.

Your avatar cracks me up. Ah, the beginning of the tour when they were all rusty after no hard performing in 3 years. They are not rusty anymore!

Yea, no one can keep up that dancing for what would be like five or six hours of performance almost! Three hours is killer enough!

He cracks me up too

Although find it physically impossible. It would be nice!

But I would prefer Foxboro instead of The Network, I never realy like of the The Network.

It would be cool, but I think the band would get SO burned out by essentially doing double duty.

I think it would be cool!!! They probably wouldn't play a Green Day set as long as they usually do though.

They've done it before and they may very well do it again.

I wouldn't say no to it! Any Foxies in any form is always a good thing.

Even better the other way round though. Green Day show, then off to a little club for a Foxboro show

That would be totally awesome if Foxboro Hot Tubs opend for Green Day! :D

woop going crazy with The Rev hell yeah!!

Foxboro Hot Tubs to open for Green Day's next tour

It would also be awesome if they did a tour :D

I want it the other way around :shifty: the rev can get more drunk then :shifty:

so as everyone has been saying thats a big no no. im glad this thread was started though because deep in my heart i wish the idea was practical. it would be so much easier to get a ticket to the Tubbies! i want to see them really bad but im young and broke... i guess all i can do is pray for a tour

Ehhh....They would be totally exhausted if they did that =/

I would die.

As much as I would love to see it, I can't see it working, though. Sure, they're the same people- but the dynamic of Foxboro Hot Tubs shows and the dynamic of Green Day shows are vastly different. I feel like what I love about Foxboro shows would be lost if they were to open at a huge venue with thousands and thousands of people.

The fun, spontaneous, crazy drinking party, and booze pouring, and being all over the crowd- it just wouldn't be there in a place like that. And that's the fun of the shows. If FBHT opened for Green Day, they'd have to chill out alot and not put on the party they put on when they play in small places. Plus, Green Day would have to go on right after, and they'd have to snap out of that persona they get into for FBHT, and back into the Green Day one.

It just... I can't see it working. As much as I'd love it, I don't think it could happen.

The thought of FHT open for GD made me lol...

But srsly me wants a tubbies eroupean tour badly!

I dunno if I like that idea. I mean, I guess it could be kinda cool... but there's YouTube videos. I mean, there's YouTube videos of Green Day too... but I don't see them being a big 'let's make a concert movie!' type of thing. And I don't think that they could capture the essence of a FBHT show either. That's just... one of those things you can't describe. I think YouTube vids actually capture it better than a concert movie would, because it's from the fan's perspective and seeing what the fan sees...

yeah i know what you mean. there is no substitute to actually being there. but first of all, youtube videos have shitty quality and they dont capture everything. it would be nice to have one with nice picture and sound recording the entire concert. second of all, green day already made one! Remember that little thing called Bullet in a bible? ringing any bells? and i must say that movie was EPIC. of course i would rather be at a Tubbies concert but since that probably isnt going to happen... they could even record it professionally and put it on youtube

As much as I'd love to see them, I don't think they should. I know they did at Manchester and I was really jealous at the time but I still don't think it would be like seeing the real Foxies. I'd want to see them in a little intimate venue rather than a big arena or stadium where the majority of the people wouldn't even know who they were.

They filmed the whole of the London FBHT show with professional cameras. They were getting right in there filming the crowd and all the craziness close up. I know it wouldn't capture that indescribable, unbelieveably amazing magical feeling you feel being there, but the way they were filming I think it would capture a small part of it and it'd be amazing to see. The memories it would bring back! I wanna see Gerg singing into the camera and hope my exhausted beer soaked face next to him is cut out of the shot

I think they just filmed it for their own enjoyment though, the bastards :P. Kevin Preston's seen it and he said it's "nasty, man" :eyebrow:. I'd die to see it.

It was great in Manchester seeing them come out for 3 songs and then Green Day coming out a short while later. AMAZING!

slightly off topic, but Idk where else to ask...

how would a fbht tour work?

show..hangover..show..hangover..show.. hangover..etc

Its part of a fbht show, surely he wouldnt do some shows sober and others drunk. I'd hate to miss out on his drunken antics haha. Would he get hammered every night...continuously..for weeks? haha. thats gotta where you out? Someone explain the logisticsss
