While the Green Day one is about, well, Green Day updates. If only Mike and Tre would tweet more often using that account..

I understand what you're saying, but it was primarily Billie using the Green Day twitter account. Tre and Mike only used it once. So what will happen is people will post Billie's personal tweet here and in the Green Day twitter thread. It will just be a bit crazy. Just my opinion. And then if Tre or Mike opened their own account, other threads would be open and who/why would the Green day twitter thread be needed. Just overanalyzing I guess.

Then it would be better to merge the threads, and just name it Green Day/personal tweets or something like that. Cause we won't get tour highlights anymore now, but more about random/general things. I don't like the thought of having all separate threads.. you're right it could be crazy. You'd be going from one thread to the other to see a certain discussion or something like that, haha.

Perhaps he wants to talk more about stuff besides Green Day and doing that on the Green Day twitter account might not be the best idea to keep it separate. Give the man some space...

The only reason I made Twitter in the first place was to follow Green Day when Billie started tweeting, I barely go on it now

That's pretty much what I do too XD (and I made one the moment I saw that they were starting to tweet in the GD one lol ) But yeah, I still think facebook is much better. The only thing good about twitter is that Billie Joe (and sometimes Mike and Tré) tweet.
