spark in the night Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 Don't you think it's a little strange that he tweeted two hours ago, and yet no one else confirms it until we start speculating? XD I'm dreading the thought of all the tweets that Adie has seen asking her if his account and if she is real although I'm unsure how twitter works: if you are not following someone, but they "@_____" you, do you still see it?

I definitely think he'd be the most likely to out of the three. ah that must have been where I got the thought. I remember reading that.

Everyone remember "Tre Cool's" Facebook right? Yea, I have a feeling it'll turn out like that. Besides wouldn't the verified Green Day Twitter post if Billie at least had a new one? And why would Billie make a new one to begin with when he can just use the Green Day one like he had been? :/ And it may just be me but Billie doesn't really seem the type to have a personal Twitter to post things about his personal life. Seems really suspcicious to me. I saw someone use this example on Tumblr but Eddie Cahill (he's in CSI: NY) made a supposed Twitter and his own co-star Gary Sinise (who is VERIFIED on Twitter) was fooled by it. It's not that hard to do over the internet. I'll be happy if it is real and I'll follow the bjaofficial one (not "Adrienne" because that just feels weird to me), but until then I'm staying away.

I'm pretty sure that she would know how to spell 'Green Day'. And even though Nat mentioned them, I still have my doubts. Then again, when yo're around each other a lot, sometimes parsonalities rub off on to each other. Twitter typos are no exception. But really, I wanna see this get confirmed. If it is real, he's probably gonna use it for a few weeks, couple months tops, then kinda let it die.

The only thing is that "Billie" tweeted via web, but I noticed whenever he tweeted using Green Day's account, he always used UberTwitter for blackberries. I agree it is a bit odd there's nothing about it on Green Day's twitter, although it's not exactly always consistant so maybe not. Hopefully someone close to Green Day (that isn't on Twitter or another fan site) will confirm or deny the legitimacy of the accounts soon. In the meantime, I'm going to go back to lurking.

There are so many fakes out there, that it's better to assume it's fake.
